酒店住下来感觉很不错，所以又续住了很多天，送到房间的欢迎水果品类丰富，又新鲜又好吃。特别感谢IT部门的李先生，一大清早就能上门来帮我解决网络问题，非常专业是个行家，处理问题得心应手。酒店有个很大的后花园，瀑布小桥锦鲤非常漂亮，很有特色适合拍照。在花园旁边就是行政酒廊，这里虽然菜品简单，但是每一个都做的精致美味，服务员也都是高水准，为我服务的Rose和Aakriti给我留下了很好的印象，她们做事细致认真，始终面带微笑让人感觉很亲切像回家一样，而且解答问题也很耐心。退房后实习生小兰还专门打电话来倾听我的建议和反馈，可见酒店非常重视客人体验。这次在酒店的度假体验非常难忘，以后来广州绝对首选花园酒店

Not impressed and upset with
- room layout
Very bad for going to toilet at night. You’ll stumbled on the partition
The shower and toilet shares the same sliding doors which is impossible for two persons to shower and be in a toilet at the same time ( to have a privacy) plus the door are not soft closed so at night you can here door slammed
-cigarette smells on non smoking floor
I suffered to sleep as cigarette fumes seeped into the room at night from 8pm for hours and last night at midnight still have the fumes coming into the room. The first night I called the hotel asking them to check with the maid next morning which room a smoker stayed (near my room2118) and the hotel should give him a warning . Of course nothing was done and I suffered and couldn’t breathe for three nights.
Didn’t asked to change the room as more hassle yo ask my partner to repack.
-Some kind of construction noises outside at night
-Staffs couldn’t speak English well and some don’t have good service mind like a 5 stars hotel staffs should have.
Other than above room is good clean, breakfast quality was good, concierge service okay.
Cannot rate logistics as using a taxi a lot.
Not a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The department stores is about 1km walk from the hotel.

The hotel service is enthusiastic, the hygiene is clean and tidy, the room is warm and spacious, the location of the hotel is superior, the room price is very affordable, and the price performance ratio is high! What I got was not only a comfortable and pleasant stay, but also the hustle and bustle of life on earth. This is what I think of this hotel, super awesome! Cecilia at the front desk was wonderful, very friendly, arranged a free upgrade, the room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and very comfortable to stay in! I will definitely come back next time

I stayed at LN Garden Hotel Guangzhou for just one night, but the experience was absolutely fantastic and won me over instantly! The room was dreamy – spacious, impeccably clean, and decorated with refined taste, providing total comfort after a full day. The breakfast was super rich, with options for all tastes, from delicious local dishes to fresh international varieties, which truly made my morning special. And the garden next to the hotel is wonderful, a true oasis of greenery where I could take a relaxing evening stroll, admiring the scenery and breathing in the fresh air. The staff was friendly and attentive to details, contributing to the luxurious and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable stay in Guangzhou – it deserves every star!

We came on a vacation with our families and booked 3 rooms in total. As we decided to choose the stay and dine option on selected nights to indulge in the restaurants within the hotel，we ended having to make multiple booking separately and in different category rooms. As such it was rather troublesome when we need to switch around the rooms on different dates. However, thanks to Ms Gillian from the front desk who was really accomodating and kind to give us an upgrade basis on our highest paid room booking type and allowed us to keep the same room type throughout our 5 nights at the hotel. The suite room was huge and on level 25th floor with a good view. It was very comfortable and we ended up coming back early some nights to chill in the hotel room with our families. It was an extremely pleasure stay which we highly recommend.

一直想来打卡贝津铭大师设计的酒店，周末终于有机会。酒店特别温暖，房间很新，服务也特别好！特别表扬接待我的前台小哥哥Billy，他的声音笑容都很亲切，还免费升级了房型以及行政酒廊～是性价比很高的五星级酒店！

看到我家孩子挺大个，主动帮我们免费升级房间，加床。我也赶紧买多个早餐。虽然房间家具有点点旧，但都透出实用、贴心服务的感觉。不管是硬件设计和装修，还是软件服务，都不愧为国际文化和本土文化结合得非常好的豪华五星酒店。粤语服务很亲切。

首先环境真的很好，个人认为是广州市区最好的。上车下车有工作人员帮拿行李，遇到客人都会打招呼。然后订的是大床房，看很多评论说第一次入住会免费升级到粤韵套房，不知道为什么没给我升😂。入住期间有点小插曲，没暖气，打电话给前台等了一个小时没人来查看，第二次电话催才有工作人员来，之后才安排维修人员。可能第一次接电话的客服姐姐忘记转达了?总体来说还是不错的，一次难忘的经历。
