服务：由于人手不够没有主动迎宾
设施：可以再继续完善，毕竟是一家四十多年的酒店，住的就是个倾怀，有些东西你很难讲，你也没办法对它有多大的期待，毕竟是上世纪的，房间里就算放了空气净化器还是祛不掉霉味，健身房的味道我的天，Unnn
但是有一说一桃源的早餐不错吃，值得尝试，博物馆很值得逛！真的能了解历史

I've stayed at the Garden Hotel a few times now. I like it and will very likely stay there again. The premier king room i had this time was fine, a little compact and with an 'open' bathroom (ok for single occupants). My gripes would be the wifi seemed to be patchy; and the buffet breakfast was poor in my opinion (I preferred to eat outside anyway). Staff were always helpful. The foyer is very impressive (see my pics)!

Very bad and terrible experience in the first two flats in the service apartment block. Lucky that the guest service manager Rem finally helped to arrange another room in the hotel room block. But the room door condition is bad.
It took us nearly 3 hours to settle down!

在广州花园酒店过了个周末，真的被惊艳到了！说几个我特别喜欢的点：
1?? **早餐在瀑布餐厅**——一边看瀑布一边吃早餐，这体验没谁了！环境绝了，吃的喝的都挺丰盛，服务也到位，早上坐那儿都不想走了。
2?? **凌璇阁晚餐**——夜景太顶了！餐厅慢慢转，羊城的灯光一览无馀。吃的和服务都没得挑，适合想浪漫一下或者庆祝点什么的日子。
3?? **游泳池**——藏在楼间的小 oasis，水清人少，周围都是绿植，游完躺一会儿特别 chill。
4?? **金牌导游 Mandy**——她真的超厉害！不是那种照本宣科的讲解，讲酒店里的艺术品和历史故事特别生动，还能聊很多背后的趣事。听她讲完再看酒店，感觉完全不一样了——值回房价！
总的来说，这家酒店不光是睡一觉那么简单，从吃到玩再到文化体验，都安排得明明白白。贵是贵点，但确实值！已经安利给朋友了，下次还会再来。

五星酒店在广州这个价位还是不错的，开始安排的房间不太满意，帮忙升级了商务客房，漏了换洗衣服，电话我帮忙寄回，还有客服Anna服务态度也很好，退房帮忙收卡不用等待，带路指引办理免费停车，总体感觉非常好！

这家酒店不愧为白金五星级酒店， 这里处处都是历史和文化的痕迹。 员工很友善，服务非常好， 有宾至如归的感觉。 有时间可以到酒店的博物馆看看。
我们要离开时遇到一位客服Anna，非常主动的帮我们的行李拉去礼宾部保管，她的服务周到，有点惊喜。 谢谢??
