Very good location metro 450 metres away so easy to go anywhere. I paid for largest room ?was way overpriced with tiny shower I would recommend getting the basic room . Don’t worry about paying for breakfast it was terrible. Also when you arrive downstairs there is only a Ascott sign this is the hotel go up to 6th floor.

设施：每次回国都住这里 房间很大交通方便
衞生：乾净衞生 做阿姨的们都很友好
服务：感谢Nick和Yila的服务 两位每次入住时服务都很细心 会帮忙送行李上房间 有什么要求都会尽量满足

酒店指示牌做的并不明显，在楼下确认了好久才上楼，和雅诗阁同一栋楼，雅诗阁的标志超级明显。房间属于公寓类型的，面积很大，但是沙发有一大片渍，入住全程都不敢坐。
早餐在商场五楼某一家餐厅里，提供简单的早餐，普普通通。
地理位置还算方便，距离地铁步行10分钟左右可到，周围也有很多商店

跟雅诗阁同一栋楼同一个管理公司，几百块的差价感觉一个天一个地，首先，房屋的装修説是25年但应该只是做了翻新，并没有重装，所用材质也比较廉价，房间面积还行，有个客厅跟卧室分开，但洗衣机是没有烘乾功能的，洗漱台也很小很简陋，服务员倒是挺好的，很有耐心也很有礼貌，但硬件摆在那里，下次应该不会再入住。

It was great experience to stay this residence. Very high level apartment in the city center. Also there are lots of shops, malls, restaurants. Spacious room, good staffs. I would stay again.

Hotel located near guangzhou east train station, either 15 mins walk or 1 metro station. Restaurants nearby.

Hotel rooms are on 8th - 14th floor. I was given a room on 14th floor. Spacious room with living area and sleeping area separated. Sofa, table, mini kitchen, washing machine, TV are at living area. The room was clean and tidy.
Hotel reception located on 7th floor, a bit confused when figuring out how to reach there. There was machine there, but security guard was responsible in delivery if parcel or food ordered.

酒店在市中心闹市区 靠近马路 唯一缺点是有轻微的车胎噪音
交通方便 走路都可以去体育中心 天环广场
窗外景色不错 拍照很好看
全屋智能 有沙发和桌椅 可以长租
周围有很多美食 点外卖都可以让他送上来
跟雅诗阁的区别可能就是楼层低
