Really I always stay in this hotel room is clean and the staff is helpful specially XIUAOWANG , XIAOHUANG , XIAOXI really I appreciate there warming even they can’t speak very well English but they do there best to arrange everything for me

Very good service and we had to check out early and they even contact us to get a refund from trip. Very convenient location at Tianhe area. Good customer assistance from 小李。

Check in was easy, room was nice and clean. The bathroom was a bit strange with not much privacy (floor to ceiling window) but we were able to close the curtain halfway. Would stay again and the receptionists both spoke good English ??

小希 Staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and quick to respond to any issues raised. The hotel provides breakfast and even simple supper options. Best of all, there is self served laundry on-site. Highly recommend!
