All review stars on the hotel location, room size and good price, but service can be improved. I booked a family room for 4, and I sent a text to hotel receptionist to pick us up at T2 and informed hotel that we have 4 persons through Wechat. The driver said he was only notified with 2 persons and I was standing throughout the journey to the hotel. While checking in, after the staff retrieved my booking, she did not know my room type and I had to inform her. She also forgot my breakfast vouchers in my booking. It was a short stay before I moved to another hotel at Guangzhou city.

谁懂啊！花了钱住怡致酒店，结果床上用品脏到没法躺，衞生差到极致。更离谱的是，这家店还和秋果品牌有关联，看来衞生管控问题是通病。已联系酒店和平台，希望能得到合理解决。出门在外住酒店，真的要多留个心眼！

Near brand new hotel and very spacious and comfortable room for a family of 5. Stayed for a night there during transit and was very impressed. Conveniently located close to airport and thumbs up to the complimentary airport transfer services as well.

前台服务很好，没有不耐烦这些
房间挺大的，还有一个阳台，喜欢通风的会很有好
稍微有一点飞机声，关上门就不是很大了，还可以接受
点外卖附近也很多吃的
