酒店很近地铁站，亦近上下九行得街，食肆林立， 稍为比预期有落差的是官网所刊登的酒店外围图片与实际十分不符， 这酒店是位于一个破旧的商场改建而成， 附近好像荒废了的地方一样， 晚上漆黑一片，酒店设施沐浴间用后整个马桶全湿，房间隔音十分差，早餐应该尚可，因为本人9:00才进入餐厅，所以只剩馀一些盘底炒面干，水果头尾，一盘盘空的盘，点心蒸炉得个炉，已没有任何点心。

Lift shared with all tenants within the building, very old and run down. At times, so crowded hard to get in. Anyone can get onto level 5 where the rooms situated, don't feel there is any security at all. The front desk girls hardly understand what is basic customer service. They just ignored customers instead greeting them. When we check out, don't even bother to ask how was our stay. One last thing, the pictures on the website not a true reflection of reality.

Short stay with the family for 2 nights here in the family room (1 queen bed and a single bed), love that this hotel offers a separate living area for us to relax. Conveniently located right at the centre of shopping district Shangxiajiu, there’s everything you need at your doorstep. Great stay, special thanks to Eva Lam who warmly welcomed us and providing extra help and care during our stay. Will definitely come back and stay here next time.

Rooms are very small. There’s no point in paying for a room with a window. The window leads to an indoor mall which means (a) you’re not getting any fresh air, (b) you’re not getting any view of the outside world, and (c) people in the mall can easily see into your room if open the curtains. Also, the shower has no doors which means water easily gets all over the place.

??酒店性价比很高，房间非常干净，服务也很周到，下次还会再选择这里的店里装修非常有特色，非常适合??拍照，挺出片的是体验最好的一家店了，氛围很好，让人感觉很舒服??

没注意订的最小的房型，两个人住床有点小，前台了解情况后免费升级了床大的房间，很用心。询问后前台说情况允许一般都会给客人安排。有什么问题处理也很及时。

酒店外观的相片是假的，他并不是一栋独立酒店而是上面有多层住宅，外观也颇旧
酒店内部的确是全新装修干净整洁，酒店位置也不错，其实他用不着放假的相片。不过他也没有打算更换继续如是。?

The room was very clean and modern! And there is a water cooler that can used outside, very convenient no need to buy lots of extra water. It’s nearby lots of food and shopping, quite close to the MRT also. However room was a bit on the cramped side, not a lot of room to move around or if you have large suitcases.
