The room was clean and comfortable, and overall I had a pleasant stay. 酒店位置很好，离地铁站步行几百米，挨着上下九步行街，周围吃的很多，点外卖也很方便，适合出游，性价比很高！

衞生非常好，乾净，空气清新，没有窗户但还是很透气，特别是交通方便，出门没走一会儿就是地铁，广州的景点特别好看，值得一来

房间非常乾净，地理位置优越还配备了智能马桶、智能音响，地理位置优越，逛吃出行很方便，优势前台小姐姐、小帅哥服务非常贴心，一次很不错的住宿体验。

健身器材和洗衣房这些设施都有，房间大小还可以，乾净整洁，也非常安静。酒店位置毗邻华林寺地铁站，交通特别方便。下楼就是上下九步行街，吃饭和闲逛超级便利，永兴坊和文化公园都是散个步的功夫就能到，真是太好了。

订的时候房间很紧张，是最后第二间了。
设施：房间挺大的，两张双人床，两个枱子，房间有拖鞋、洗护用品、毛巾浴巾、电吹风、电热水壶、电动马桶（需要手动）、没有小型冰箱提供，关键淋雨房没有玻璃移门，洗澡会把马桶淋湿，很不解这种设计。
衞生：还算打扫的乾净，有什么问题打电话给前台也很快速的解决了。
环境：酒店门口是有一条很长的楼梯，没有斜坡的，这对我们有大行李箱的非常不友好，酒店地理位置优越，步行就可以到达上下九街，打车去哪都挺方便的。

酒店地段很好，旁边就是上下九步行街和华林国际珠宝城，逛街购物和餐饮都非常方便，下单的城景大床房，到店免费升级了套房，房间内乾净整洁无异味，客服小陈的服务也非常热情，下次到广州还会选这家店

The location is good, besides that its not much of a use. I specifically booked a room with window. Turns out, the window opens inside a mall, so everyone walking in the mall can see you in your room.
The worst thing of all, they dont have air conditioning, they have air-con but it can only heat. So we were basically sleeping in hot microwave. I complained at the reception but no action was taken.
