  This is my third stay here after deciding to visit every year on my birthday three years ago. The hotel is wonderful - the decor is warm and cosy but stylish. I loved my room and that sea view is unbeatable. The breakfast is delicious and incredibly generous - I always get the full English but the juices, pastries and other bits at the buffet are also great. I also had the most amazing massage and facial at the spa! The staff are lovely and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.

  房间挺大的，比较方便，对面就是一个大型商场，有多个超市，还有美食广场，有肯德基，寿司，中餐盒饭，酒店停车方便。

  Always enjoyed our family visit here. Hotel is well maintained and food selection is great. Customer service needs some improvement/be more attentive. During checkout, staff came to take our keycards but did not come back to update status or deposit refund until we approached them.

  I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Hua Hin and truly didn’t want to leave. The hotel’s amenities and overall environment are absolutely amazing. The pool area is beautiful and perfect for relaxing, creating such a peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. Breakfast was another highlight — there is a huge variety of options and everything we tried was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved every moment of our trip and can’t wait to come back. This is truly a perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

  I hope everyone can have a truly relaxing time in Hua Hin. The room was comfortable, even though it was the most basic room type. The hotel is a very peaceful resort surrounded by lots of trees, making it perfect for relaxation. The breakfast was absolutely excellent, and all the staff were very willing to help and provided great service. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding.

  房间够大算乾净 设施和活动也蛮多的恩爱 泳池大且有滑水道 躺椅很多 早餐中规中矩 整体来说有到五星级度假村的level

  酒店环境不错，就是被携程坑了，花了比其他平台贵好几百的价格，给我的确是酒店位置最差的房型，以后谨慎选择携程平台。有一説一，酒店设施齐全，餐食高档，里面两家餐厅都吃了，味道不错，早餐完美。

  The room next to ours has been under renovation day and night, with loud drilling noises constantly. I’ve never experienced a hotel like this in my life. Truly disappointed.

  This is my 4th ( or 5th) stay with Lotte Hanoi. ? The friendly staff not only at reception but ?dinning sections ?are very well-prepared to assist and meet my requests. ? Special thanks to a young lady at reception/concierge section wearing a?Les Clefs d'Or ?brooch which I noticed. ?Regretfully I didn't ?recognize her name , she s very much attentive to my questions about a dedicated sight-seeing spot. ?I honestly enjoyed the conversation ?conducted then , though due to my tight scheduling I couldn't arrange that for my colleagues traveling with me . ?We shall look froward to our next stays.?
