很满意的一次入住，房间有配备睡衣，20楼有健身房和洗衣房。酒店管家式服务很棒，有什么问题管家都积极帮忙解决，会再次入住的。

房间整体住的很好的，晚上看完演唱会回来比较晚，睡的很浅，早上旁边有小朋友在外面玩，跟管家反馈之后也是立刻马上帮我们处理好啦！后面我们有什么需求都有及时处理整体超级满意的体验！

真心安利这家酒店！工作人员热情周到，管家服务贴心入微，每日送上的糖水更是暖心小惊喜。房间设备齐全，床品柔软到让人不想起床。出门就是BRT站，附近还有沃尔玛，出行购物都超便捷，必须满分！

We were very pleased with the service quality and room cleanliness. The city view room was lovely especially in the evenings. The mini fridge was always in stock with Cola and ice tea. Drinking water was always available even in the corridors.
On Dec 31 evening we couldn’t find a taxi to get back to the hotel. The hotel when contacted immediately resorted to solving our issue and arranged for a car to pick us up from the venue to the hotel at 2am. Spoke to Da Mei, who without hesitation helped us out of our dilemma. Thanks to the super friendly, caring and professionals working here.

I had a wonderful stay at 广州国际金融城科韵路雅致酒店. The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and ideally located for family or business travel in Guangzhou’s Financial City.
What truly made this stay outstanding was the exceptional client service provided by Yuki (小婷). She was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. From check-in to daily support, Yuki went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and comfortable, always responding promptly with a warm and positive attitude.
Her dedication and customer-first mindset made a real difference and left a lasting impression. I sincerely appreciate her outstanding service and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guangzhou for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again.

广州雅致酒店整体住起来很舒服，房间乾净，设计简约又有质感。
空调、热水都很稳定，睡眠品质很好。
服务人员态度不错，有问题都能即时协助。
位置也很方便，附近吃的选择多，下次来广州还会考虑再入住。

真心推荐给大家！这家酒店的服务堪称一流，工作人员热情周到，管家贴心到让人感动，有什么问题都是联系到就可以立刻及时的解决问题，晚上的糖水更是暖心小福利，房间床品柔软亲肤，住得超舒心。门口BRT站，旁边沃尔玛，出门办事情超方便，位置真的太赞了！
