Location is good , can walk to nearby places without taking didi. They have pirridge station in the breakfast buffet too. The hotel gives soup in the evening and the staff is very helpful to assist to enquiry . We would like to compliment the front desk Jimmy , Wyman and the bell man Anson Liu for their willingness to help and good service. Thank you

前台小帅哥服务很好，非常的nice.善待会员，免费升级了套房，套房很大也很新，楼上不安分的孩子来回跑值班经理也能快速处理，唯一的就是水流不大

An amazing stay. The room was clean and loved the services provided. We were given daily boiled soup which we truly enjoyed.?
The location at 上下九步行街 is lovely. Near to shops, food and 陶陶居总店。?
Just had a little issue getting the laundry going so I didn’t managed to.

A hotel with great room and service. Location is fantastic cause you can walk to Yong Qing Fang and one of the famous Tao Tao Ju restaurant.
We were surprised with free upgrade cause it was our wedding anniversary and they even served free soup every night to the room in hot flask!
They were generous and attentive to details!

Rooms are huge and clean. Bed is comfy and they provide 2 types of pillow, hard and soft. The actual room is exactly what you see in website photos. Clean and bright. Love the breakfast too, great variety of both Chinese and western cuisine! Will recommend!

Excellent location with food and shopping just downstairs. Big and comfortable beds. We loved voco time. No complaints at all.

Our first time to Guangzhou and it was the best decision to stay in Voco as it is conveniently located in the heartland where we experience and see for ourselves the local scene of the Guangzhou people and taste the different kind of food that the locals enjoy.
