I loved my hotel room , the cleaning stuff and security were very friendly , the front desk need to be a bit more friendly they were too serious but still very helpful . And the food was am . All in all good location great vibes I’d definitely recommend and I’d come back

酒店位置很赞，距离商圈很近，出行特别方便。房间采光好，设施齐全，热水供应稳定。
酒店前台的Cole办理入住的速度很快，态度非常好，很详细的介绍了酒店的设施。
宾客关系部的luna和tina有一直响应我入住期间的问题，让人感觉特别亲切。客房服务的anna也很不错，很感谢他们的付出让我有了一次难忘的入住体验。

出差住的这家酒店，体验感特别好！位置好找，停车也方便。房间隔音效果不错，完全不影响休息。前台和客房服务都很及时，特别是宾客关系部的luna有需求响应超快。整体性价比很高，下次出差还会选这里！

圣诞过来和朋友度假，很有氛围。行政酒廊29层夜景很美！虽然房间爆满服务员很忙，但是服务没有落下。行政酒廊早餐半自助，出品不错，特别喜欢现做的鱼皮饺和烟燻三文鱼。晚上葡萄酒品鉴品质不错，闺蜜説喝多了也不头痛。下次再来

大堂好靓，房间空间大亦都非常乾净，
床睡得很舒服 服务人员态度很好 。
早餐种类都很丰富 。相比其他酒店价钱亦相对算优惠 。
缺点：位置地点不太方便 。去景点同地铁站都有d距离 。
如果叫外卖要客户下去拿也有点不便 。

A Luxurious Retreat with Standout Amenities
My stay at the Sofitel Guangzhou Sunrich was excellent. The hotel truly excels in two key areas: first-class amenities and exceptional service.
The pool and spa area is a genuine oasis—beautifully designed and perfectly equipped for relaxation. Equally impressive was the staff, who were consistently helpful, professional, and attentive throughout my visit.
For complete transparency, my experience had two minor drawbacks. My room, while comfortable and well-appointed, showed slight signs of wear and would benefit from some maintenance updates. The dining experience was also inconsistent; some dishes were memorable, while others were merely average.
That said, these points did little to diminish an otherwise wonderful stay. The overall comfort, serene ambiance, and superb service make the Sofitel Sunrich a hotel I would happily return to and recommend without hesitation.

一直选择该酒店 这次让我住的非常失望 先订酒店提前了想提前来休息来到前台遇见小朱告知没房 抬杠没话说 语言犀利的很 住那么就久从没感受到过如此优秀的员工让我们很气愤 后来 才知道不是没房 我们已经告知要住 小朱说没房让我们去退房 没告诉我们换房型 讲话咄咄逼人的样子 其余前台态度极好 给我们换了房型补了差价才得以住进 但我们我们好几天心情低落
之后打扫也没打扫干净不知道为什么 因为小朱态度及其不好 到时我们对酒店服务有问题 不再住 全部差评
