刚进来的时候感觉不好，感觉有点像宾馆，拍的时候看起来又还可以。住了一晚，感觉卫生没有做得很到位，比如瓷砖墙上的污点真的擦干净就会很舒服。其他方面家居有点旧，离地铁站近，洗澡的水量很足。

For the price this hotel is Ok, due to high demand during Canton Fair. the reception can not speak english, relay on translator machine

已经在这家酒店住过很多次了，唯独这次体验感非常差，预订了豪华大床房，应该是给了标准大床房我，因为办理入住的时候，前台办理入住时表情是有点惊慌的，所以不出所料，房间小，地板脱落的、很闷，排水管就在天花板上，流水声不断，就凌晨2点到6点间可以睡一下，房间就在二楼夹层里面，伸手就能到天花版的那种。后来与前台沟通无果，直接联系携程处理的，携程客服还是挺尽心尽力的，在安抚我的情绪，后来还是因为时间太晚答应住下来了，但是过不久后，酒店前台致电，而且口气挺大的，说“对房间不满意吗？要退房吗？”那时已经十点多，差不多11点了，叫我一个外地人又出去找房子？明明携程跟酒店沟通的时候说办理了入住不能退了，为什么还致电客户呢？所以当班前台人员一点处理投诉的能力都没有，本来情绪稳定下来了，还问住客这个问题，真的不可思议。后来看看评论里面的豪华大床房，和我住的相比，那个差距啊？真的很想致电12315进行处理，后来携程客服再次致电与我沟通，还是接受的携程的处理结果。

The hotel is situated at the corner of the intersection near a Line 6 metro station. The room is OK with great amenities. The problems I got were cigarette smoke coming from outside and the WiFi needed a china phone number for the verification. The staff is friendly, helpful and can speak English. 100 CNY deposits for a key card are required.

Super happy with this hotel, cause the price is so cheap and their toilet has a jet spray which is a +++ for me. Gonna share and recommend this place to my friends

Good location with a lot of restaurants and shops around. Staff was friendly. The room was quite damp and had a continuous mold growth on one wall at foot height. The bed was very hard. A big problem that I unfortunately often encounter is that the air conditioning is installed opposite the bed. This means you are constantly blown on and you catch a cold.
