房间是真的大，但是硬件有点旧，床铺有点点让人感觉痒。
通往泳池的走廊，好大的霉味。泳池的更衣室简陋，没有毛巾备，如果要游泳需要从房间拿，不让容易冻亲。房间连袋子都没有备，除非自己备塑料袋装泳衣。
服务员态度都是很好，备注无烟房，入住前会到房间查看感受有无烟味。离开酒店时，还会送一袋水果。

I found this hotel the last year. I love this hotel which is well organized, clean and family-friendly! It is located in a quiet area and close to Guangzhou city. It takes only 1 hr by car.
The pool is huge and there are 3 different depths. Other two small pools are set next to the main pool. Also life-guards observed my kids playing even if there was only my group.
** family rooms are not shown on this app. I called the hotel to ask about it. They said we can make reservation for a normal room and pay extra 10yuan to switch a family room.
I strongly recommend family rooms!!!
Compared to the last year, the menu for breakfast was less but all was delicious and CLEAN!
The restaurant is luxurious. Especially, the staff was very nice and even remembered my family. ?? The cuisine was delicious??

住过性价比最高的酒店，除了设施稍微老旧了一些，服务十分周到，环境也舒服。女儿爱上了这里的马，第一天喂过马后，第二天早上冒着大雨也要再次去喂，离别的时候依依不舍，差点哭了出来。就是小童乐园小了一些，设施也更适合小童，大童和小童一起挤在小空间，很容易有摩擦。建议另外找个地方增加大童适合玩的攀爬弹跳类小童设施，还有做手工烘焙等小童活动，能吸引更多的亲子家庭过来，同时小童节目足够丰富就不用去外面另外找节目。

清明小假期想要带娃周边放松一下，选了这家酒店真是出乎意料的满意！ 首先酒店的绿化很好，附带有高尔夫和马场（不过我们没参与这两个活动），酒店草坪有帐篷，还可以在草坪野餐。然后，酒店的服务很周到，定的亲子房送了下午茶，份量足味道好，离开的时候又送了一袋水果，还有送给小朋友的喂马活动。入住的时候因为时间衔接问题，前台戴眼镜的帅哥，主动提出有效建议，积极协助携程配合改订单，认真又负责，大大的赞！ 等到夏天可以游泳的时候还会来入住的，性价比超高??

非常差的酒店，入住在前台等了一个小时才给办，位置偏僻，房间设施老旧，衞生间座垫竟然打扫衞生的时候直接忽略，早餐还不错，在等待入住的时候问前台要瓶水都不给，浴巾上有女人毛发，永远不会住了，空调噪音非常大，像拖拉机

整个酒店还是挺不错的，就是当时有家企业在酒店搞活动，晚上吵得不得了，我们在房间根本入睡不了，其余都很满意，是这个地区蛮好的一家酒店。

房间主题是孩子喜欢的超级飞侠，有超大的乐迪玩偶，有帐篷有小车，小朋友玩得超级开心~房间空间很大，衞生很乾净，有小童洗漱用品，洗澡还备了玩具和防水帽，很贴心~
前台的女生服务态度很好，1号上午因为跑马拉松回得晚，提出延迟退房时间，二话不説就同意了，感恩！
自助早餐娃吃得很满意，好评~
下次有机会还来，外边的大泳池很适合夏天。

国庆假期，到处都是人从众，就近出行来皇朝御苑酒店度假，酒店环境还不错。还有下午茶和水果，意外的惊喜！酒店设有好多亲子活动区域。游泳，骑马，网球，艺术馆等都有，亲子游极力推荐！

The view from our room was not bad. Wifi was fast. The pool was great. It was huge and had lots of slides for my baby to enjoy. Downside was the pool didn’t have a heater so it was quite cold, especially that the weather wasn’t really good. I would suggest coming here during summer. Their check out time is just right. The breakfast buffet was really good and we’re looking forward to be back. For the price we paid, the place really exceeded our expectations. Except for the part where we asked for a wine opener, they couldn’t provide it at night since they didn’t have access to their kitchen anymore because it was closed hehehe and their museum which was included in the package we paid for was closed on Sundays. Nonetheless, their service was really good. YangLiu at the front desk was very hospitable. Overall, We had a really good time here at Royal Palace hotel.
