Nice Australian style hotel with authentic Aussie snacks. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was above expectations. So many delicious choices. The staff was very friendly and kind . Especially Alice at the reception and Lily at the welcoming were very helpful. We will definitely keep coming. Thank you Lily and Alice for finding our folder. ??

his hotel offers an excellent stay with friendly staff and clean, spacious rooms. Amenities are modern, and the location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Breakfast was delicious with varied options. Only minor issue was slow Wi-Fi. Overall, great value for money—highly recommend for both leisure and business travelers!

Room is big & spacious. Staffs are helpful. My booking is 3D2N, without breakfast. They gave free breakfast, on day 1 when we gone for breakfast. I would recommend this hotel.

非常满意，清洁卫生，服务周到，态度温和。设施比较新，床品舒适，有小冰箱，保险柜，有免费停车场。离地铁站小几十米，广州停车难，行车也难，所以这几天都没开车，都是地铁，公交出行。距众多商业中心都比较近，天河城就在旁边。过来玩一周左右，原准备住2-3天换一个酒店，住下后觉得这家很好，就不挪了，继续住下去。

重新装修过之后环境体验挺好的。地处体育西出入算方便，周围全是好吃的，以后会考虑继续入住。但是美中不足的问题提两点：
1. 一进门，里面的电话自动播起了欢迎语音，半夜也响起来一次，有点被吓到，希望能取消这操作。
2. 向前台咨询可否帮忙打印文件的时候，对方竟然提出说打印需要收费5元/张纸，着实把我震惊，扭头就走，到了白云机场商务中心也只是收费1元/张。

干净，比那些连锁酒店好多了，车位充足，保安态度也好，免费停车！地段好，刷新了我对老牌宾馆又旧又脏的印象，毛巾干净柔软，床铺洁净舒适，热水够大够热，走廊的空调也很足。唯一不足就是床尾感应灯有点奇怪，一直亮太敏感
