作为带着孩子来广州打卡长隆、寻觅美食的家长，我最担心的是酒店能否满足亲子需求。而这次入住的酒店，不仅消除了所有顾虑，更让我们的家庭旅行增添了意外的舒适与快乐。办理入住时，管家小姐姐May变魔术般递来小童洗漱套装和可爱的小拖鞋，孩子立刻开心得手舞足蹈。酒店里的小童乐园布置让人惊喜——波波池、木马和沙丘，孩子一进去就被吸引住。酒店提供的免费婴儿床服务解决了我们的大问题。餐厅不仅有小童餐具，还有专门的小朋友喜欢喝的酸奶，真的太贴心了，最感动的是，当我们在外游玩归来，发现房间里多了工作人员手写的欢迎卡片和一个小公仔玩偶——这份意外惊喜让孩子一整天都拿着小玩具不肯放手。酒店距离广州长隆动物园开车步行仅20来分钟，周边步行范围内就有餐厅和绿树成荫的小公园，傍晚带孩子散步非常惬意。这家酒店真正懂得亲子旅行的核心不是奢华，而是让家长省心、让孩子开心。它像一个懂得育儿的朋友，默默为你考虑周全，让带娃旅行不再是“负重前行”，而是全家共享的美好时光。管家Huilin在我们离店的时候还准备了小零食伴手礼，真的很喜欢，离开时孩子説：“妈妈，我们下次还要住这里！”——这大概是对一家酒店最高的评价了。

和朋友住进了一家舒服的酒店。入住的时候就感觉很舒服，管家小小介绍了酒店的早餐和下午茶，因为看错了房型，前台很快就帮我们协调好了，管家maimai还主动帮我们提拉行李箱，送我们回房间，推开房门，两张软软的单人床，阳光正落在上面。窗外不是什么了不得的景色，只是寻常的街巷，但安安静静的。放下行李的那一刻，旅程的疲惫好像也卸下了。我们轮流洗漱，开着无关紧要的玩笑，电视里放着没人在意的节目，背景音一样让人觉得安心。夜里聊起许多旧事和新计划，笑声压得很低，怕吵到隔壁，却又忍不住。酒店就是这样一个奇妙的中间站——它不属于我们，却在这一晚，给了我们一个完全属于自己的、安顿下来的角落。不豪华，但足够让一次简单的同行，变成往后可以笑着提起的“那次我们一起”。明天就要离开，但这一夜的松弛与陪伴，会跟着我们，去往下一个地方。

酒店除了外观高档，里面实在是太差了，房间一股味道，设施陈旧，灯光昏暗啊。。。。。衞生，重点来了！！！房间有蟑螂。这太让人吐血了。 我第一次遇到这事。万一睡到半夜爬到身上，真的知道什么感受。

时隔多年又回来了，美丽豪真的性价比拉满。以前这是我在广州最喜欢的酒店，但是再好的酒店也经不住时间的洗礼，设备确实有点老旧了，真心希望美丽豪越来越好！

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel operates on a level of excellence that transcends borders and benchmarks. Having traveled extensively across Canada and other parts of the world, I can confidently say that this property—and more importantly, its staff (Maimai)—sets a new gold standard in hospitality.
They accommodated our request to use the gym during extended hours at their inconvenience, allowed use of their lounges while moving their other reservations around.

酒店服务体贴入微前台麦麦员工笑容亲切，主动升级了房型。入住时行灰灰细心提醒本地特色餐厅，夜床服务还附上了手写晚安卡和养生茶，这种细节让人倍感温暖。房间设计典雅现代，床垫软硬适中，一夜酣眠到天亮。迷你吧饮品丰富，衞浴乾湿分离，戴森吹风机和智能马桶尽显品质。隔音效果出色，完全听不到走廊声响。自助早餐品种超乎想象，既有本地特色小吃，现场制作的班尼迪克蛋火候完美，品质新鲜。以这样的硬件和服务水平，价格实在物超所值。退房时还赠送了精致伴手礼。下次来这座城市，一定会再次选择这里，也会推荐给所有朋友
