Hi, As an Indian, I had a pleasant experience in Park Inn by Radisson. The person at the reception Ms.Monika (English name), her Chinese name is different, she was so so so very understanding and helpful. She is warm and helped me understand usage of basic machines like coffee maker, etc where the instructions were written in Chinese language. She helped with transportation and food delivery apps. She gave us a warm send off. The hotel is at a walking distance to many wholesale markets like Baima, APM, Yima, Lihua, Tianma, Meibo, Zhanxi, Baiyun leather, etc. Cleanliness, Amenities, and service was good. I have taken without food option, so I cannot say anything about the food. It is right in-between Guangzhou railway station and bus station, it has easy access to everywhere within China. I have seen many foreigners stay here, I met few other Indians too. I felt very secure and safe. Ms. Monika at the reception is very helpful with translating and recommendations. She facilitates smoothly, she is pleasant and sweet, I give her a 5 star ?? ???????? 5/5.

There are no scales in the hotel, the scales in the room don't work, there's no change at reception, and there's nowhere to weigh a suitcase, which is a minus.
Breakfast - there's a choice of food, but breakfast is the same all week.
In the suite, there are no cotton swabs, lotion, or needle and thread – a limited standard set, but there are toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, and a comb.
Water and drinks are replenished in the room daily.
The bed was made, the floor was vacuumed, but
the room was never dusted during the entire stay, including before check-in.
And yes, there's noise from the trains, but that's natural, since the hotel is located at the train station.

酒店出行方便，就在公交总站旁边，停车免费，环境整洁，特别要表扬??前台服务人员禤杰敏态度非常好，有问必答，让顾客宾至如归。

I don’t really share reviews often, however my experience this time was remarkable.
I highly recommend Parkinn hotel ( Li Bai hotel Yuexiu) that’s the name on trip.com for the following reasons:
- Staff is super friendly and very polite and helpful, many of them speaks English
Huge thanks to Grace, Nona, Jenna from reception team and Huang husng chengfrom the reasturant
- location Is almost near everything you will need in Guanghzou also near metro and many busses
- one big plus for Muslim travelers it’s near the biggest mosque in Guanghzou it’s 5 min by walking, also couple of halal restaurants are near by
