窗外花开，很洋楼的感觉，就是碰到广州回南天，房间有些潮味，这也没法避免，设施旧了些，翻新下是可以很洋气的

酒店整体环境和卫生也不?错，只是停车场的保安管理员态度很差，因为我们是港澳?车识别不到车牌号码，然后保安就说那么麻烦，你们这些是假牌车，还有外卖不能送到房间要去前台拿????????

设施：老旧，感觉像是上个世纪的酒店，很有年代感，也没有翻新，包括花洒，纱窗，电视等等，也没有早餐，没有洗衣房
卫生：卫生很一般，卫生间没有打扫干净，电吹风还有很多毛发
环境：麓湖边上，环境优美，地理位置优秀

环境还行，就是房间里灯太暗了，外面环境还是挺好的，早上可以听到鸟叫声，空调有点响，其他都还行，总体还不错

This place was awful and I do not recommend it. Has potential once renovations are done and it’s taken care of properly. I originally checked into a mould smelling room with a dirty and wet toilet seat and a tv that was leaning on a table with nothing holding it. I immediately notified trip requesting a refund and room change because of the late hour and I did not receive assistance until 2+ hours later at 1:30am-2:00am. My room was changed to another unsuitable room that was a downgrade (same room type but no views, a chemical smell masking the mould that gave me a headache and less privacy because the room window was facing the entrance instead of nature like I had booked and there was renovations happening that were also loud.) I was exhausted and was unable to change hotels. I stayed one night. Next morning without even having the room 8 hours, I woke up to room service being in my room “cleaning” while I was sleeping!! (cleaning what, I have no idea because I hadn’t even had a chance to use anything.) this was a HUGE invasion of privacy and I felt violated/disturbed. What room service enters rooms at 9:00!? I’ve stayed in many hotels and room service is always in the afternoon. No one advised me of this prior to it happening or I would have told them not to come (which is obvious because I didn’t even have the room 8 hours yet). The hotel did not care when I raised the issues and only offered me a refund for my second booked night. 0 compensation or care for my horrible experience which only made the entire thing worse. I wasted hours of my time trying to seek a fair resolution and also had my business meetings and work flow completely ruined and disrupted due to this. Checked out as soon as I was able to next day even though I wasn’t in a position to do that. Do not recommend. They only care about money, not the customer. Service and environment were horrible. Only cool thing is the location of you like nature and that it has potential if they were to actually care and the renovations go well.
