订半山汤屋，房间地漏返臭，搞得房间好是闻到尿骚味儿，差评。床品各方面还算舒适，网络连接很方便，屋前泡池是一大亮点，值得赞一下。出了卧室，面前风景优美，视线毫无阻碍，满眼皆为绿色。白水寨空气真的超级清新，比从化、河源、韶关、清远、翁源等地还更清新。

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The hotel is very big and there are alot of different rooms. We first stayed in the Villa which was not suitable for us with a young child and was then moved to a family room. It was nice and big and even had a little scooter for my daughter to enjoy.
The pools were clean and fresh towels was available at the hot springs as well. The service staff was very friendly and super accommodating.

Great place for family and relaxing.. the variety of the facilities their is amazing for the kids and for us also, not to mention the staff were very helpful, friendly and hospitality, great view, great rooms overall it was very pleasant place to stay with the family.

This was our second time staying at the Pattra hotel. We love the area, and this hotel is in a good location, but I think we'll look for somewhere else next time. The sticking point would have to be that after checking and navigating the very odd level/elevator combinations, there was a random family sitting in our room. Management quickly moved us, but it definitely left a bad taste for the rest of the trip. The breakfast is just meh, food that should be hot was cold; and come on, there is a coffee shop on just about every corner now and you're still serving disgusting 3-in-1 mix!?

It’s a perfect place ,I like it so much.thank you very much for the surprise,our villa is very spacious and clean.breakfast is various of choice.Clean air and calm and magnificent atmosphere.hot spring is nice ?? I would recommend for sure

I have stay in the vila with sauna but the room was very old and not so clean also the swimming pool was not clean the price is not matching with the vila I have pay 1059 for one night in this price I can get more better room

广州碧桂园金叶子温泉酒店，当年是增城温泉酒店的翘楚，现在开业时间长啦，有些旧啦，但还算可以，酒店免费升级房间，景观可以，完全看着整个温泉小镇，房间够大，干净，洗手间布局舒服，到了高山温泉，暑假开放的不多，加上温泉水温不太热，体感一般，但有一个水上乐园，非常适合亲子流。早餐品种小，味道一般，但酒店总体还是可以的。

进入酒店先经过主楼已独立封闭疗养入住，不是隔离人员。大可放心，跟着指引到别墅区办理入住，需要爬一段楼梯，今天入住的刚好翻新过的房间，对比预订前看到的评论大有惊喜，进入房间有个小庭院，户型有泡池有汗蒸房，小满足。
