酒店服务一流，前台职员见我们为家庭客，主动询问是否需要upgrade 到较大房间，亦会提供小童相关用品。登记入住期间亦会提供welcome drink预客人。
Fraser集团管理的设施无得顶，首先酒店位处优越地段，就在地铁站旁，与大型商场万菱荟相连，可达度高。酒店的保安很好，亦另外提供了按摩椅、桑拿室和泳池供住客使用。
房间空间充足，卫生环境很好，很整洁，房间内有洗衣和乾衣机、微波炉、雪柜、音响电视等，十分方便家庭客入住。

This is an excellent service apartment. Top notch customer services all the way from the counter staff, to concierge to housekeeping staff. Everyone is attentive to the need of the guests. Room are impressive comfy with great housekeeping services. Really worth every penny spent. Will book again the next time in Guangzhou!

Absolutely amazing stay at Fraser Suites. This was one of our highlights in GZ. The location is fantastic and connected to the One link Walk. Walking distance to all the major malls and Grandview Mall too.
The superstars are definitely the staff. Housekeeping and concierge are impeccable, everyone is attentive and polite and ready to help. This trip, my family fell ill and the staff was ready to help us, assisting my husband to the hospital and getting everything sorted out so that it'd be stress free. We were blown away by their service. This is the best hotel we have stayed at to date anywhere and we will definitely be looking out for Fraser Suites on our future travels. Thank you!

Service is good and the staff are friendly. Location is also nice. It’s actually connected to a shopping mall and a train station. They were very accommodating and helped arrange the room preferences I requested prior to my arrival, which I truly appreciated.
However, the amenities could be improved. The sauna and steam rooms are not hot enough and are always turned off unless requested. The showers inside the spa only produce cold water, and the water pressure is also quite weak.

Excellent location. It’s right smack in the 天河 (Tianhe) district. There’s a plethora of high-end shopping along the road. Lots of food behind the hotel. And a nice 便利店 (convenience store) called Sweet Store just down the backlane where the food stalls are.

the service staff are super helpful. i stayed in the premier king room which is superb, with washing machine cum dryer, microwave and neccessary kitchen ware. the room is very clean, comfortable and spacious, with almost every thing i need. very very pleasant stay.

Had the best 7 nights in this hotel! The room is so spacious, so clean and the lighting in the room makes it so comfy and welcoming! Too comfy till we didn’t want to leave the room ??
The hotel is in a very good location too. Walking distance to grandview mall and parc central and just downstairs there’s so many eateries that opens late at night too. Food is def not a problem.
It’s a good place for didi pickups/drops off too and accessible via the one link mall too.
Big big kudos to the staff in this hotel. Everyone from the entrance to the reception and to housekeeping are so friendly and professional. They make us feel so welcomed and we truly appreciate all their assistance towards us, especially before we arrive when we had to arrange transport and upgrade our rooms. Thanks for answering our queries so quickly and providing such excellent service to us.
We truly love our stay and will definitely choose to stay here again!!

First time staying here and we had a great experience. The room was spacious and perfect for families. The bathtub and washing machine were a big plus!

The service here is very amazing. When checking in, some of the staff could speak English fluently and understood what my family and I were saying. Apart from that, the staff were kind when asking what time I asked to check out at, and were understanding when I requested for a late check out. Location wise, it is near a few shopping malls - all within walking distance. My family enjoyed the stay here.

Hotel is linked to wanling mall, pass through a door and its the mall. And 1 lvl down (beside muji) is the shipaiqiao metro station. Walk pass the wanling malls starbucks, cross the road and u will be at Grandview mall, further down is parc central mall, and tee mall etc. All is within walking distance. There are many things to eat, be it restaurants or bakery. The cafe beside the hotel serves nice yogurt drink as well.
Room itself is clean and tidy, amenities are all provided. Staffs are nice and friendly too!
