跨年特意预订，小辉和小菲管家服务超级棒的！
酒店超方便的观景台。非常英式的装修风格，每个角度都可以拍照，虽然酒店在山顶上，但是接驳非常方便，班次紧密。早餐好吃，窗外的风景特别喜欢。小镇上的活动和打卡点也非常多，非常值得过来，期待春节再来??

设施：设施齐全，复古宫廷风很有质感，各类生活设施一应俱全；
衞生：房间乾净，清洁工作做得到位；
环境：坐拥九龙湖湖景，地理位置是景区日出日落的最佳位置，园区里圣诞装饰精美，建筑拍照出片，整体氛围浪漫又惬意；

Seven and Little Yao were great there. They helped to give us tips on what to do and were of great service. The RV themselves were great, they had a nice top window view from the bed which I really liked. There are bus services to bring you around the different parts of the park and one was a small little town near the Princess Hotel that was very charming. Highly recommend it!

Very welcoming staff. Great hospitality. Shuttle service available as the hotel is on the top of the mountain which is not quite convenient indeed. Spacious room, clean amenities, classic and epic decorations.

The staff were very accommodating. They were always smiling and they helped us with all our requests. They even gave us a birthday cake and placed a "Happy Birthday" greeting in the room.
In addition, the food was okay and the surroundings of the hotel were classic and beautiful.

This hotel really impressed me. Felt like staying in a palace. (We had a camping van stay experience)
Their employees are amazing. The best hospitality I ever experienced throughout years of traveling around the world. Special dedication to Mr. Liu Xiaobing (刘小镔) he is very passionate about his job. He transported us within the hotel vicinity and recommended us the attractions in Dragon Lake. After the stay I got a new friend who made me look forward to visit and stay in this hotel again. Good job 刘师傅！You deserve a compliment! See you again in the near future. Also to Mr. Xiong Kang (熊康) Thank you for your warm service as well. Appreciate your enthusiasm early in the morning. Also your thoughts of bringing us to tour around Dragon Lake area.
Overall a very pleasant experience here. For those who are looking forward to stay in somewhere away from the bustling city, I would definitely recommend this place! Is peace and calm.

As usual, exceptional location and outstanding staff!
The only down side of this hotel that they don’t have much of food options.
