Breakfast place has improved. The lift lobby has unhygienic ash tray please find ways to remove it. Room is clean and with good lighting. Shower gel has too much fragrance please change to another brand.

这家酒店入住体验非常好????从入住开始前台服务就很热情，主动升级房型，还赠送小礼品很贴心！房间衞生也很乾净，住的舒心，设施一流，空调很给力!!!下次过来广州可以选这家，离广州南也不远性价比还很高！[强]

酒店风格很喜欢，设施这些都有， 大大堂很大也很明亮，还有自主茶饮！前台服务好，热情接待，房间整体乾净整洁，床大入住舒适，洗澡很舒服，酒店的工作人员都很热情，主动打招呼[抱拳]停车方便，停车场很大，洗衣房也不错，有烘乾！停车方便！棒！！

The staff was very helpful and kind. But the whole hotel smelled of cigarettes. People openly smoked in the hallway. ?While my room was supposed to be r non-smoking, it still smelled as smoke circulated via the HVAC system.

Stayed here 2024/11/22-24 in Room 8646 a "Business 2-bed Room". I am from Quanzhou in Fujian and stayed here with a friend from Dongguan to celebrate the first anniversary of the South African ownership of Charlie's Steakhouse and Grill in the centre next door. The room was quite spacious and clean. The beds were of really good quality soft but firm (not like a plank like many other hotel beds...). The bathroom was also very clean and good. I stayed before in a Vienna Hotel in Shaoguan and there it was also so good! Their price is very reasonable. The front desk did not understand English but was quite helpful through a translator. I can really recommend this Vienna Hotel!
