带娃住大床房，略挤。接送站只能定点发车，没有坐上。其他都还行，有几点不足：护发素被之前客人用完了也没有补充/换新，导致我洗澡了才发现没得用；晚上到餐厅，有一股厨房的味道；中秋节住店没有小礼品。

离长隆动物园很近，入住时发现是订的无早，加了早餐顺便还升级了家庭房，很实惠不错，作为商务家庭出行，亚朵服务一直不错的，酒店有接送高铁站和野生动物园的专车，服务时间是9:00-17：00,提前打电话预约就行，非常方便，司机也特别好，很有耐心!

I would say the hotel is medium especially after I have read so many good reviews before I booked. ?The room is generally clean but I smelled smoke in the middle of the night (even though it’s a non-smoking hotel), we wondered there’s someone smoking inside their room or at the corridor and the smell spread through the ventilation system to our room. ?Amenities suffice and all the staff are attentive and helpful. ?
Decor at reception is nice, but the cafeteria is ordinary and the corridor which leads to the other side of building is quite basic. ?The late night supper doesn’t have food refills but still, we consider the idea of late night supper a very thoughtful offer for guests. ?However, cafeteria could be cleaned more thoroughly as we saw tiny bugs clawing on the plates. ?
To conclude, the hotel has tried to show they are a good quality hotel but in order to do this they should pay more attentions to details.

酒店开票快、酒店竹居借书挺方便的、深夜粥到很暖心、有免费洗衣服务带烘乾。服务整体还可以，这个床睡得舒服

Nice and clean room, ordered delivery gets sent to the room as well without having to pick it up at the lobby. Staff didn’t speak English but was eager to help with everything. Upon checkout we received some bottled water which was a nice gesture. We opted for a late check out which wasn’t a problem.
Don’t recommend the location though unless you have business to tend to in the area. Otherwise there is nothing much around, except for the train station (around 10-15 min by taxi).
