广州雅诗阁服务公寓是下次来广州还会去住的公寓酒店。房间宽敞大器、简洁明亮，厨房一应俱全又有洗烘一体机。清洁服务到位，连住5天早餐不重样每天变换。交通便利。

Very bad experience with the taxi booked by the reception. And over priced. Next time they shouldn't insisted us to book via the hotel. Even if book via hotel, should inform us that it's a normal flag down taxi for a big group.

Room and facilities is well maintained and kept. Room size is decent, with good service. However the breakfast selection look really sad and dull. Food do not look appetizing. Need a lot of work and improvement for the breakfast.

The hotel serves was very good, the hotel is clean but dated, needs a refresh in the rooms. The two bedroom apartment was a good size with full kitchen equipment. The breakfast was just about right with the choices. I would consider again

I enjoyed a very elegant and renovated apartment. The location is great. And the service was very professional and good. I forgot something small in the room and they still proactively got it to me after check out.

Our check-in was prompt and we got to stay at high floor while renovation works were being done on the lower floors. The staff were attentive and helpful. The room is of good size and very well equipped. Love having a washing machine too as we visit the gym. I like the gym layout which segments the machines into different zones and a studio for yoga.

Staff at the reception area were friendly, patience and helpful. There was only one mirror (bathroom) in the whole unit, other than that, the Apartment was well- equiped, comfortably designed and spacious.
On the whole, we had a good stay at the Ascott. Just wish that guests staying there will adhere to the no-smoking regulations.

Repeated stay in Ascott GZ within the span of 3 - 4 months. We stayed 6 nights in a row this time. We were allocated a newly renovated room. The room is clean and spacious, with lots of storage space. Love that there is a washing machine inside and I was able to do my laundry during my stay. The staffs are helpful and has assisted my child in enquiring on a soccer match from the organising company. Breakfast choices were great and varied during our stay so we did not get bored consuming it daily.

真的要避雷一下这酒店 作为雅诗阁的会员订了两晚的套房 我第一天凌晨入住的 延迟退房完全没有 大周一跟我説房间紧张必须十二点退房 退房才知道停车竟然是要自费的 全国酒店要自费停车的估计也就你们家了 真的是这个品牌旗下最差的一家 打扫衞生 吃完的外卖竟然没有丢出去 还放在桌子上
