酒店位置很好找，就在花都迎宾大道旁，因为新开业没多久，整体非常新～谢谢Ken帮忙升级房型，房间整体也是乾净温暖又舒适，虽然楼下马路车来车往，但却并不吵闹，推荐入住！

酒店挺好的，装修很美，交通也方便。在白云机场附近过夜是一个很不错的选择。另外前台有位好像叫陈永winner的接待人员服务态度很不错，我中午提前到了酒店房间空缺的情况下还是帮我临时调出来一间房安排入住，这次要多谢他。总之向来白云机场这片的商旅人士推荐入住这家逸扉酒店，好评很赞！

离机场很近，出差方便，晚上不吵，设施齐全乾净衞生，就是健身房不大，器械不多，早餐还可以，丰富多彩，衞生。

We stayed at UrCove by Hyatt Guangzhou Huadu Baiyun International Airport over Christmas with young children. The hotel is new and the rooms are comfortable, and we appreciated the kids-themed family room.
However, we did encounter several issues: our rooms were delayed on check-in, the baby cot was not initially safe for a walking toddler and took multiple visits to adjust, and there was an odd smell in the kids’ room. Staff response could have been faster, though everyone we interacted with was polite and tried to help.
Special thanks to Ken at the front desk/ manager, who was extremely helpful, patient, and attentive throughout our stay. He offered free coffee, assisted with room upgrades, addressed our concerns, and ensured we were accommodated as best as possible given the circumstances.
Overall, a mix of positives and challenges, but we appreciated the Ken’s efforts and the hotel’s attention to feedback. I would definitely stay here again in the future because of the design and layout of the rooms!
