Very responsive and Good services from staffs.
Location of hotel is strategic and walking distance to Beijing Rd. Overall the Hotel is clean, and facilities are up-to-date. Only the laminatedflooring is abit old.

Okish hotel, but everything is old and considering the price(119usd night or something like this) feels like overpaying. Midnight porage service is poor - barely something to eat. Automatic curtains wasn't working. Location and view is fantastic. Toilet shower area is very small and uncomfortable to use.

Good location. Lighting in room a little too dim. Toilet and bathroom shared door can be improved to reduce residual water dripping onto toilet floor. Overall service and service staff are good.

酒店位置就在天字码头附近，房里就能看到珠江夜景，离北京路很近，逛北京路很方便，酒店附近很多吃的，房间有点小，房里灯光特别暗。

房间景观是望到海景很开扬，房间大小可接受但浴室枱面窄小，酒店挂衫衣架连夹只有两只，但两只都损坏，不能用，雪柜内有两支樽装茶是免费，但一支是6月，一支是9月，最耐个支放了半年都冇更换，另外房间空调是不能自已调教，中央调教，但酒店调至27度，是否有问题？虽然现在是冬天，但室温一般25度，希望改善下，房间性价比低！

Atour S is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Guangzhou. As a family we were able to get an amazing view of the river in the morning and night. Everything was within walking distance of the hotel and we were able to do laundry and enjoy the extra perks that the hotel provides. The night time snack of congee and assorted foods were a great bonus as well. We couldn’t say enough things about the hotel. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again on our next visit.

The amenity in the room provided with Le Labo!
Location is next to the wharf, many restaurants, Malls, Beijing Lu, Starbucks is also downstair.

The view from our room is exceptional overlooking the Pearl river. The service providers in the hotel were friendly, approachable and helpful.
The room is clean and the necessities are provided are good, although some switches though are not working and the switch panel need repairment.
Having the option of consuming supper at the dinning area was a welcome surprise. Thank you for your hospitality.
