Im quit disappointed with this hotel. Firstly, the receptionist cannot speak in english. We just communicate using the translator. This hotel is in the city of Guangzhou, the management should hired people who can speak in English because many tourists come to China especially in Guangzhou. Secondly, this hotel is below on my expectations. I got different room from what i already booked in trip. When i ask the receptionist, i want to change the room what i already booked, they just told me the type of room i booked is already fully booked. What kind excuse is that?? I paid for garden view double room, but what i got is a small room not same with what should i get. They also very rude. The location of the hotel also hard for me to find halal restaurant. I’m not repeat to stay this hotel again. Never!

Location is very good, but room with cigarette smell. Only one lift, waiting time is long.
