A comfortable room but there was a smell inside and I didn't expect a loft room. It was close to a metro but very difficult to get out of the mall and find the location, it's an apartment, not a hotel really.

公寓地理位置极佳，紧邻地铁站和顶级购物中心。房间面积宽敞，城市美景尽收眼底。床品十分洁净，非常舒服。我们对这次公寓住宿非常满意，住得很愉快。

和朋友出行，到了之后，説大床房改成三床房，第一个房间非常潮，发霉的味道，非常差劲，衞生也也非常差，让后找前台给换了一个，那给衞生也非常差。地上全是头发，还有没收拾的橘子籽，床上全是小黑点，千万不要住，非常差劲

这家酒店太惊喜了！高层俯瞰广州城景超震撼，复式户型空间敞亮，布置温馨又有格调。厨衞设施齐全且乾净，冰箱家电用着很顺手，细节处能看出酒店的用心。大落地窗采光绝佳，位置也便利，体验感拉满，下次来还选这儿！

Terrible apartment ! The cigarette smell in the room is horrendous. I didn’t bother to ask for change of room as I already request smoke free treatment stating that i’m sensitive to cigarette smell and I have young children. I asked again if the room is non smoking upon check in too. I have very bad headache after a night and we booked another hotel after 1 night even thou we booked 3 nights here . Our pajamas from the night sleeping there have odor even after a day when I took it out at new hotel , it’s that bad ! Is like I slept in a bar or club.
Overall very poorly maintained room . The floor is very dirty . I used wipes to wipe down the floor and its that black ( attached photos ).
I booked this apt because of the location as it’s our first time in Guangzhou thus choose a prime location for convenience but regret too. The whole area is very congested with people and vehicles. Didi can get stuck in traffic at the main road for 10-15 mins before it could even turn in if you call for it during peak hour. It’s so near yet so long wait.
The lift to the room is constantly crowded as it’s shared lift with with people working in the building.
If I have to say anything good, I think the staff is prompt in attending to my request for extra towels , water and to fix the tv and when I have issue with my order for ******* the staff manage to help me retrieve it.
Won’t recommend it for families with children.

酒店位置非常好就在正佳广场旁,因为广州的食物太好吃了所以又继续住了第三晚,前枱小姊姊也是非常热心的帮忙处理好,也请房务重新打扫了房间,下次来广州还会选择住这里
