交通方便，地铁口到酒店就几分钟路，离北京路步行街地铁1站路。离珠江边也很近，晚饭后江边走走，看看江边游轮来回穿梭
酒店设施全，干净卫生，每天都有打扫。
去前一直很担心，网上有很多不好评论。
这家酒店公寓很好，特别是带孩子的家庭，有两张大床。

Basic hotel apartment and value for money. Nothing special to mention as all basics. All old amenities but good the thing is rooms are bigger for this price. They mention city view which is nothing but to see flyovers.

优点就是离地铁口较近。住的这个房间可以看到珠江夜景。但是这个附近感觉是老城区，没啥生机。可以走到珠江边散散步。

这家酒店设施完善，服务贴心，地理位置优越，非常适合商务和休闲住宿，下次还会选择入住。地理位置很好，走路五分钟就是团一大广场地铁站，风景也很不错，临江性价比高

近团一大A和B地铁出口,但是没有扶梯和电梯直到平地上。免费升级房间，十分钟路可以到江边歺馆。用房卡开门。房内卫生间没有锁。大门也只有安全锁链。有清理和提供瓶装水。有柜台接洽，微信联系职员，回覆及时。

在早前订的时候以为设施较陈旧，但于入住后，自觉整体设施满意，价格合理，入住了几天，皆看到有工作人员保养维修，是为了提供良好的设施给住客入住。
前台美女及清洁阿姨皆热情有礼。

太差了，怀疑评论好评的都是托吧。下午1点多入住进门走道是地板地上都是刚拖完的水，家俱设施又旧又脏，墙上有不知名液体痕迹。浴室脱排轰隆隆的，由于是电加热供热水，前后还得间隔20分钟等水烧热。挂壁空调嘎吱嘎吱的响，睡觉时水还喷到我身上。入住不到半个小时就停水停电梯了，我们只能步行16层楼梯出门。标注是北京路步行街店，其实离北京路还得走起码20分钟，唯一优点就是在珠江旁离地铁近。但是同等价位完全可以住更好档次酒店。

We were very happy with the service. The lady who checked us in was extremely helpful and turned around any issues very quickly. The tv wasn’t working and I reported quite late into the evening she however managed to replace it for us that same night! We stayed here again after returning back to GZ. The rooms are what you pay for, very convenient they have a walking machine too! The first room we stayed at could do with a bit of redecorating but the second time (pictured) was very comfortable esp after our stay in HK!

Got a room facing the riverside , nice view though the window glasses are dirty, looks many years not clean. Stay there only for the nite as need to catch a flight at 6 am. i rate a 2 1/2 star for the impression of the hotel room. Near the metro.
