New built. All facilities are still new and maintain well as at October 2024. Location is near to MRT station with around 10 minutes walking distance which is acceptable. Seven-Eleven and other local convenient stores and drug stores just opposite of the building.

it is very good and near to yuixe square and metro stations also the bathroom has Japanese system

大厅工作人员很热情，小朋友有准备拖鞋和牙刷，走的时候还有送小红旗??，因为行程安排较临时，临时预订，住宿体验比预期的好～房间一家三口很宽敞，窗户可以看到珠江，位置很好、附近很有广东特点，离珠江很近，散步很舒服，下次还会选择入住。
