前台小赵服务热情，房间干净卫生去北京路步行街也特别近，房间性价比也非常高，住的也温馨 ?酒店员工办理入住也是面带微笑，服务特别好，给我们一个愉快的假期?

酒店两旁比较多窗帘灯饰和鲜花店，对面穿过书坊街就是北京路，地铁公园前站下比较近。酒店没有歺厅，但大堂有水果小食，还有现磨美式咖啡，有洗衣机。酒店不大，卫生可以，地理位置方便的。

酒店人员全部都很友善，sunny，小赵，经理等服务态度都很好，他们都有问必答，有需要帮忙都会帮助。酒店设施也不错，还准备了茶水跟饼干招待客人。酒店距离北京路步行街很近两分钟就到。就是洗衣比较不方便 太多客人使用，要排队好久。

以地点来说，在北京路步行街附近，很多东西吃，距离海珠广场地铁站比较远，大概要走8-10分钟
柜台人员态度好，其中一间标准房给我们免费升等，还能视房务情况让我们提早入住放东西
升等的房间空间大，很多插头方便充电，隔音好。
厕所干湿分离，空间大，免治马桶但冲水按钮很难按，另外有微言的是，我们新入住但厕所厕纸只有剩半卷而已也没有放一卷全新的在房间。
退房那天才发现厕所垃圾桶旁边有一只挂掉的小强尸体
有基本备品，拖鞋，毛巾，牙刷牙膏，浴帽等
以价格来说CP值还可以

前台小赵服务热情 ??去北京路是吃少吃的特别好，旁边还特意帮我们点外卖，免费帮我们弄行李，特别好，人也特别善良， 小赵小哥哥热于服务热于服务酒店还有免费洗衣方还有免费烘干机热情的帮我们点外卖???

The hotel I stayed at was really nice. As soon as we entered the lobby, the front desk staff greeted us warmly and felt especially kind. Thumbs up for sally and janitor. The amenities in the room are also complete. There are TVs, air conditioners and water heaters. The Internet signal is also good. Internet access is convenient. It is cost-effective and intelligent.

The location is good. There is a foods street just opposite the hotel and just 5 minutes walk to Beijing Pedestrian Street.
The room is big and the bed is very comfortable. Seperate toilet and shower area is great.
There is free coffee machines and drinks at the hotel lobby so we can have coffee every morning.
All the staffs are very friendly, the hotel even provides me more (4-5) bottles of drinking water everyday and late checkout till 2pm.
The only cons are the soundproofing in the room is not that good, can hear the noise from next door and also outside the window.
Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Hotel is clean… environment good. Nearby Beijing road shopping areas. Staff is friendly n helpful, especially supervisor hotel Sally give a lot help n introduce a lot nice place to eat.

Great location. Convenient travel around. Room was clean and hotel staff was friendly. But room charge can be lower.

Great location very convenient, worth the price! And i got free room upgrade ! Midnight not easy to get cab if going to airport. Better booked earlier via trip! Overall i had good experience staying here !
