服务真是专业而贴心！无论是前台的谘询还是客房的服务，都让我感受到了酒店员工的专业素养和热情。特别是前台LP，不仅及时响应我的需求，知道我是来旅游的，还主动给我如推荐周边美食或提供旅游建议等。这样的服务真是让人倍感温馨。酒店有挺有诗情画意的，还有广州地铁图，真的很方便我们这些外地人。

I stay here for 8 days , service is good especially the front desk who Name Lee . Room service and everything is just good . The first night I stayed the room is so cold and I think the warm temperatures is out of service but they quickly come and solved my problem and change my room the next day morning . They upgraded my room as well. I will definitely will be back again

Very helpful front desk staff. Good facilities in rooms. Filthy, dirty, stained carpet - only criticism. Didn’t have breakfast so no comment on that.

Clean and nice. Not noisy at all. Not so far from subway station. Many little restaurants around the hotel. Outlet markets are close to the hotel. The breakfast has many choices and delicious. Close to the international airport and east railway station. Because of there is no building front of the hotel you can see surroundings through the windows. Reasonable price for the 4 star hotel. I really liked that when I stick room key card the curtain opened automatically and starts chilling music played. That makes very comfortable.
