Beware, the carpark is so far away! Make sure you know EXACTLY where it is.. The general location is good and convenient, but it's so tucked away amongst all the other buildings it becomes so hard to reach!

房间乾净整洁 前台和客服。服务态度超好 打扫衞生的阿姨 很专业 体验感特别好 地理位置也很棒 楼下都是好吃的

从停车场走路到酒店要一段时间，房间太细，不允许自己洗衣服是缺点。但是酒店职员很好，房内设施也算时尚，而且电视有很多TVB剧集?

酒店位置不错，离地铁较近，楼下有很多美食。房间设施齐全，智能马桶体验很好，隔音也不错。前台小姐姐服务态度很好，有需求会及时处理。值得入住体验。

Cleanliness: I found some dirty stuff on the floor
Overall a nice stay ;
- Location is right in the middle, very convenient to move around.
I found difficult to find it, there wasn’t a single of the hotel . Only one elevator with no English . Need to try on 2 floors before find the front. Desk
- Service is very good and friendly even tho they don’t speak English even if mentioned they do
- Surrounding outside hotel is under construction and probably make difficult to find the hotel
- Amenity are ok. Appreciate the Breakfast service even if not included, but they didn’t mentioned the time so they end up waking me up

出了服务特别好、其它还行吧。首先酒店位置不好找、打车特别不好找每次打车不会到酒店门口接都会走路跟导航找车。房间第一天乾净、继续下来清洁工打扫的不是乾净、沐浴露, 洗发水，咖啡，糖 什麽的都不给新的，需要给前台説下才送过来了。我们房间电话坏了不能给前台打电话需要用自己的手机打电话、Wi-Fi网络很慢不到达4星酒店的标准。电视一直没信号、看不了、电视的位置太差了, 电视不是对着床，而是对着墙，所以如果你在床上，你就不能看电视了。我们约的是看夜景的房间、到时候给的是图片下的夜景、每天看的是下面的停车场。早餐是肯德基的、不能自选，每天一份早餐有一杯豆奶、一条油条、一碗粥和一个马铃薯块, 爱喝咖啡的朋友们不建议这酒店的早餐了。这家酒店的整体质量仍然不符四星级酒店的标准，所以这家酒店还有很多改进的地方。
