酒店服务非常好，入住当晚我们前台小哥哥非常热情，非常迅速帮我们及同行嘅朋友安排房间，以及当我们到房间发现窗帘不能正常操作时前台小哥哥非常迅速上来帮我们检查，并已经安排好另一间房间我们更换，房间非常洁净，风景望到融创非常开阳漂亮。下次再到广州必定会再次入住。

We were there for ski/snowboarding theme park, the hotel is clean and nice , just opposite of the theme par/mall. Hotel staff are very nice and super helpful. However there was a night club just next to hotel, in the midnight the people hanging around was a little complicated.

经常来滑雪，周边的公寓，融创系列都住过，还是云居的性价比最高??前台大只仔及小妹服务员都很殷勤，还给房间升级了?? 连餐厅的服务员也很有礼，员工们都懂广东话，沟通冇难度。今次是第三次入住，一次比一次的进步，以後再来就住云居好了，不用再选??

Location is excellent, way closer (3-5minutes walking distance) than I thought it would be going to RongChong mall. Room view was pretty looking at the mall and could see the airport from a distance. Service at the front was decent. Breakfast was included and it had a good diversity. Noodles and eggs can be ordered individually. However, gym room is kinda small with limited equipment. Overall, it was worth the money to choose this hotel comparing to the 3 stars hotels nearby.

The location is great breakfast is very good. It is around 5 minutes wall to the mall which is very convenience.

Location is good directly opposite Sunac Mall. Room is big and clean. Except there is no fridge in the room..else all the necessary amenities are available
