Overall a decent hotel . Room was comfortable. Lots of restaurants and coffee places right beside the hotel. Hot Pot restaurant next door is good.
Breakfast good. Buffets items were cold (meant to be hot) but there is a chef there who makes a variety of noodle dishes and fried eggs, fresh. Also hotel have coffee available at all times and supper too between 2100 to 2300.
Don’t like the area so much so won’t book here again. It’s a bit run down.
Room was not dirty but could do with a deep clean. Booked for 3 adults, no idea why they made my bed up for a kid !

Fabulous hotel. Close to MRT. Foods everywhere. Hotel serves very nice breakfast. Robot sent takeaway to room. I stayed for 5 nights then went HK and came back for another night before heading to the airport. I stored my luggage while went to HK. Hotel reception is super helpful.

Room is small as expected, but get excellent service from the reception! The shower in my room has limited water at the first night stay (after 10pm); after telling the receptionist of this issue, they fixed the issue on second day! Besides that, they also helped me collect and keep my taobao purchased.
Surprisingly, there are variety of food in buffet breakfast (ppl commented in xhs there are limited food). there are soy milk, milk, porridges, vege, bread, shao mai, dumplings soup &mee, sausages, pumpkin/potato, fruits (all are sweet) and etc.
There are also 3 washing machines and dryers in this hotel and free flows of bottle waters.
Improvement area: it would be great if hotel provides body lotion.

性比价超好的酒店，前台服务也很好，每天都会来打扫房间更换毛巾，矿泉水随便拿，5楼能免费洗衣服，地点非常好西华路美食街就在隔壁。5星满分

蛮新的酒店，比起相同集团的广州其它酒店有很大差距，住了2晚，早餐洗衣间都不错，因为姐姐喜欢大灯笼，结果不能上飞机只能邮寄，柜枱的靓女 Katherine和同伴 的协助减轻了我的压力，她们还协助租休旅车到机场，7人才300，好过分开几辆滴滴，非常不错的服务态度。地点更是优越，就西华路口。
