Our flight landed at 02:00 am and there was free pick up service from the hotel which is highly appreciated. The staff at the front desk is very helpful and nice as they were willing to assist us with airport pickup although they can not speak English. Our recommendation for airport pick up is to chat with the hotel via the translated Trip.com chat service directly instead of calling the hotel because calling did not help us communicate with the hotel at all but the chat got the job done. As we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with assistive and friendly speaking staff who walked us to our room (although they do not speak English) but we still felt their eagerness to help us. The room is tidy, clean, and bright. The complimentary breakfast upgrade is highly appreciated and the breakfast was ok. Overall a very pleasant experience with a fair price even though we stayed for only a few hours. Would stay there again for our next trip or transfer at Guangzhou.

前台热情高效的服务热情。酒店楼下早餐店，便利店，买东西还是很方便的。房间采光极佳，设施一应俱全、蓝牙音响、恒温淋浴间设计贴心，床上高级羽绒棉搭配荞麦乳胶枕，一夜安眠到天亮。细节之处尽显用心，下次还会来。
酒店环境：酒店的房间面积不错，乾湿分离，整体整洁舒适
设施设备：酒店设施很齐全，有智能天猫精灵控制，电视机可以投屏，房间WIFI速度很快
酒店服务：前台妹妹小姐姐服务很热情，升级入住了，能及时响应客人的需求，值得点赞

离T2地铁3站距离，出地铁口200-300米距离，非常方便，性价比超高的一个快捷酒店，附近吃饭较多，也可送外卖，有免费的接送机服务，适合出行。

房间乾净衞生，价格又非常实惠
