4ieme fois au sein de ce magnifique h?tel et toujours la même sensation que le paradis existe. Les villas sont magnifiques et très intime. Le petit déjeuner est spectaculaire et permet de voyager tous les matins avec les plats à la carte. Le personnel est souriant, à l’écoute et d’une gentillesse infinie. Merci pour cette semaine de repos. à l année prochaine

Dieses Hotel ist einfach ein M?rchen aus 1001 Nacht. Ein absoluter Luxus, der hier geboten wird, mit einem Drang zu Perfektionismus. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle durch die Bank superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist klein, aber durch die teils à la carte Variante super zeitgem?? und von der Qualit?t auf allerh?chstem Niveau. Einfach toll das Hotel, wir werden uns lange an die Woche zurückerinnern.

Not quite sure where to start with this review…words like exceptional, incredible, stunning and so so special just don’t do this hotel justice. Yes it is pricey, probably the only con I can think of because everything else just blew us away. A real life oasis. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so special and the service is incomparable. All the staff, everyone, thank you so much ?? . Then you have the villas of course that kind of takes your breath away. The hotel gardens, which of course you can’t get a sense of how truly beautiful they are, as you walk towards your villa, all you can smell is jasmine and roses, genuinely, I kid you not. The main pool is stunning, (I’m running out of adjectives) we had it to ourselves pretty much the whole day we sat by it. The spa….my fiancé and I both had the traditional hamman which was the perfect way to kick off our holiday, clean off the London grime and prep our skin for some sun. The food was delicious, our 15 year old son loved Hakasan most, I loved the breakfast, my fiancé loved it all. Last but not least, Oussama, our Butler, was INCREDIBLE, thank you for looking after us and making our holiday so special.

H?tel de luxe exceptionnel cadre magnifique une spéciale mention pour Mr Oussama qui a présenté un service extraordinaire très professionnel Une petite remarque concernant le room service les plats étaient à plusieurs reprises immangeable il faut absolument corriger ce point sinon tt le reste était à la hauteur

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné. Tout au long de notre séjour, l’équipe s’est montrée d’un grand professionnalisme et constamment aux petits soins. Le d?ner à Ling Ling fut une très belle expérience : une cuisine raffinée et un service irréprochable. Un grand merci à l’ensemble des équipes pour ce moment d’exception.

特别好！给升了别墅房，一个房间就像一个宫殿，酒店的花园比景点还美。免费接送机的车都很豪华，航班行李延误管家和前台帮忙给机场打电话催行李，最后顺利拿到，非常感谢！如果赶上价格合适，真的非常推荐体验一下文华东方！

非常值得的酒店，唯一的缺点是在航道附近有点吵。 酒店的景色和设施都是一流，尤其是服务，每个服务人员都非常友善，除了自己的管家之外，每个staff都能记住我们是谁住在哪个villa，对我们租车的司机也很友好。 另外在生日当天不仅协助我策划了一场很完美的生日晚餐，当天早餐的时候工作人员也送了祝福和小蛋糕，给唱了生日快乐歌。 另外那家中餐还不错一定要晚上吃，这家酒店旁边是自己的农场，很多蔬菜和家禽都是自己养殖的，羊腿排非常好吃！ 另外 spa也是极度推荐体验的项目。
