I recommend this hotel for their great service, as they are quick to follow up with any requests. Special thanks to Ousama, Nora and Samia for looking after us and always checking if everything is okay. We had a great time staying at this hotel and enjoyed the food service at the hotel restaurant. Overall, this hotel did not disappoint. It is the best of the best. Thank you.

This is truly the most luxurious and wonderful experience I think we’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff was incredible. Everyone, especially our butler Yusef, were so professional, kind, and welcoming. The food is amazing, the pool is perfect, and the villas are like an oasis. Truly the best experience ever. World class.

We stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Marrakech in August 2025 with our family and had a wonderful experience. Our suite was spacious, very comfortable, and beautifully designed. The resort grounds are stunning, the service is flawless, and the atmosphere is peaceful despite being so close to the Medina. The restaurants and spa were excellent, and everything felt calm, refined, and well managed. A perfect place for a relaxing family stay in Marrakech. Also, if you are looking for top quality service, ask for Thugita! No one knows the region better than her.

Truly a top resort. Beautifully designed with views of the stunning snow capped Atlas Mountains through rows of palm and orange trees. We thoroughly enjoyed the excellent service from our personal butler/ concierge Samad who was very knowledgeable about local restaurants and places to visit. On site restaurants include the delightful Shirvan which offers top notch Moroccan cuisine and wines. You expect the best when booking with the MO brand and in Marrakesh you get the best.

Mandarin Oriental Marrakech is, in my opinion, the most beautiful hotel in Marrakech. The entire complex is absolutely impressive, even more so than some of the top luxury hotels in Dubai. The design combines traditional Moroccan architecture with a modern, refined style, and the result is exceptional. The rooms are bright, enormous, and incredibly spacious, with some villas measuring several hundred square meters. The sense of space, privacy, and light is outstanding and makes a huge difference to the overall experience. I have also stayed at Royal Mansour, which is undoubtedly iconic and world-famous. However, Mandarin Oriental clearly wins for me. At Royal Mansour, the rooms have almost no natural daylight, and during the day you have to turn on the lamps because otherwise you can barely see anything. This significantly affects comfort, especially during longer stays. Mandarin Oriental Marrakech sets a benchmark for luxury in the city and stands out not only for its scale and beauty but also for its thoughtful design and livability.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were the best I have ever come across - so attentive. The SPA is the best in the world - the massages were incredible and the Hamman was out of this world. The room was the best I have ever stayed in. Cannot fault it at all.

All the staff are great and really friendly and service is faultless. The spa was also exceptional. Very clean with fantastic treatments and products. Everything you need and the ladies tailored everything and did so much to accommodate me when I needed something and made me a tea specifically for my cramps which helped so much. My only point with the staff is that there were often a lot of people around as I think we visited off peak and so sometimes it was overwhelming being greeted and attended to by so many people. However everyone was exceptionally helpful. We were served by Weled at breakfast and Mohammed was our attendant for our stay and was on hand when we needed him and very responsive. The hotel and the grounds were exceptional and we wish we had better weather. We stayed in a private house with a private pool. The rooms were very clean and warm and the housekeeping service was exceptional as were the daily sweets left in our room. The toiletries and towels sheets and interiors really were luxury. My only negatives were the firmness of the bed which was a little too hard for me and the fact that the external doors of the rooms do not lock from the inside so the main door across the courtyard to the house was the only security when sleeping although we did feel safe but it was initially strange for me. My biggest negative was the food. Whilst I enjoyed the drinks and the breakfast buffet, the hot items I received at breakfast were below standard. My first breakfast lacked flavor and authenticity and the poached eggs on our second morning were freezing cold and so the whole meal was overall unpleasant so I filled myself with the buffet. We also had a steak whilst waiting for our transfer and honestly it was quite shocking. Very small and bland with some saute potatoes and again a fridge cold béarnaise sauce. We were offered this as a gesture as we checked out late and whilst getting changed a member of staff came to do a final check of the minibar whilst my partner was half dressed (this was not something we were particularly bothered about but understandably the hotel made a fuss). Had we have paid for this it would have been returned immediately. I was also not impressed with the offerings at Ling Ling and have had much more enjoyable meals in London's China Town. The tea and welcome cocktails were really the only part of the food and drink experience that were exceptional. The rest of the dining does not come close to what I would have expected. Overall our stay was lovely and the accommodation, spa and staff are really fantastic and the best part of the experience. However I wouldn't stay again based on the food alone and also because of this wouldn't recommend. A hot breakfast is the least I would expect at a 5* hotel. Although I had plenty of opportunity to mention it, I really didn't want to come across as difficult and feared sparking an overattentive circus.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissent pour l'anniversaire de mon mari et nos noces. Que dire !!! C'était un séjour hors du temps, le personnel est au petit soin, souriant, serviable et soucieux de notre bien être. L'h?tel est juste à couper le souffle j'ai rarement vue un aussi bel établissement dans le monde. La suite merveilleuse avec piscine privé une vue magnifique très fonctionnelle, tout est pensé au moindre détail... La nourriture est très bonne, nous avons manger en room service. Le spa est très beau et nous avons re?u un massage des plus relaxant. Nous avons sentie l'expérience et la formation de qualité de celles ci. Pour terminé je remercie infiniment le personnel et le directeur de l'établissement pour toutes les attentions porté à notre égard, merci pour votre générosité qui nous a énormément touché. Nous nous attendions pas a autant. Nous sommes venus pour vivre une expérience et nous sommes repartie avec beaucoup plus que ?a. Nous n'oublierons pas nos noces et l'anniversaire que vous avez rendu magique. Merci nous reviendrons très rapidement

All of the team at the MO were amazing but special thanks to our butler Oussama who made our week magical and totally relaxing!! Nothing was too much trouble for him.

è un ottimo albergo con scorci di architettura a tratti grandiosa. Ma le ville sono solo in apparenza al livello della struttura. I dettagli sono mal realizzati e poco manutenuti, spazi grandi fatti per stupire, ma manca la sensazione di stare a casa che é la caretteristica dei migliori alberghi. Pulizia da migliorare. In compenso il personale é veramente ottimo e si vede che ci tiene a fornire un servizio di livello.
