We had an incredible experience at the Mandarin Oriental Marrakech. We were lucky to have an upgrade to our own private villa and it felt like a dream. The concierge team has been really helpful organising our guided tour in the city, the Spa is amazing and the hammam experience as well as the massages were great, and we had delicious meals at the restaurants. Overall, all the staff is incredibly nice, special thanks to Oussama, who was our butler for our 3 days there. He made our stay memorable !

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech. From the moment of arrival, the atmosphere was serene and welcoming — a perfect balance between Moroccan soul and refined elegance. My villa was immaculate and beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches that made the experience feel deeply personal. The gardens, scents, and light throughout the property create a sense of peace that is rare to find. Service was impeccable yet discreet, and every interaction felt warm and genuine. The breakfast in the garden and the spa experience were absolute highlights. It was an exceptional stay — one that perfectly reflects the essence of the Mandarin Oriental brand. I look forward to returning soon.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is peaceful and pleasant, and the restaurants offer an exceptional dining experience. The quality of both service and food is top-notch (100/100)! A big compliment to the gardeners for their beautiful work. I just have a small comment regarding a few servers — they repeatedly asked to provide feedback after each service, which I found a bit uncomfortable, especially during breakfast.

Ya conocía la marca Mandarín y llevo 20 a?os diciendo que tienen las mejores almohadas . Sin embargo en esta oportunidad mi experiencia pasó de hermosa y elegante como siempre a mágica como nunca. Desde el primer segundo al llegar, el staff impecable y atento ya auguró cómo sería la estancia. Ud no es “un huésped” Ud es tratado con su nombre (por difícil que sea como es mi caso) la se?ora tal o el se?or tal. Desde el portero en adelante. Esa personalización tan profesional de todos- en los restaurantes, servicio de habitación, concierge- marca una forma de servicio para la que no hay estrellas suficientes. En cada comida que hice, desayuno en la terraza, almuerzo en la piscina o cena, no faltó el supervisor del turno acercándose con toda amabilidad verificando que todo estuviera más allá de bien, perfecto. De la villa no puedo a?adir nada excepto que ninguna foto refleja ese “no-se-que” especial de un espacio concebido para el confort, la elegancia, la privacidad y la paz que combinadas derivan en gozo. Para ir cerrando debo hacer mención aparte a mi adorable butler Noura. No hubo cortesía o servicio que no brindara con una sonrisa y disposición maravillosa. Gracias! Y finalmente esta rese?a estaría incompleta sin destacar a Fiona Villa, Director of Rooms que se aseguró por todos los medios que mi estancia fuera divinamente inolvidable. Su profesionalidad paralela a su calidez humana hacen de ella un “asset” que da brillo la corporación, a la que felicito por tenerla. Y me congratulo por haber disfrutado tanto de su profesionalidad como de su calidez. A todos en el Mandarín Oriental Marrakesh, muchísimas gracias. Le dieron magia a mi estancia.

We've just returned from a week at the resort. We stayed in a pool villa, which was one of the nicest rooms we've ever stayed in. Huge respect to the house keeping who did an incredible job every day. Service in the outdoor bar was impeccable and the food in Ling Ling was stunning. The spa facilities were excellent. If you are planning a trip here, make sure you ask your butler to be Armine. He looked after us so well and always arrived with a smile. He made the holiday for us. Only negative was the service and attention in the Pool Bar. Very slow and always messed up our order. Highly recommend the resort though.

From the very beginning, Oussama the butler supervisor, went above and beyond for us. He wasn’t just doing his job, he truly cared about making our stay perfect. Any time we needed something or had a question, he was there without hesitation. Ayoub the front desk manager was equally impressive. I’ve never encountered such exceptional service at the front desk. Check in and checkout were flawless, Jawad was also incredible. He remembered my preferences down to the smallest details, even my regular orders and where I liked to sit.
