The best hotel I have experienced for my life is Shanglia Bankok.
It is more romantic and luxurious and beautiful than seeing in the pictures introduced in hotel guide.
We felt that we were in Thailand staying in Shanglia hotel since the hotel is very traditional stile.
Especially the pool is very beautiful feeling we were in forest, not in big city.
Anyway, if I visit Bangkok one more, I will make reservation for Shanglia Bangkok. I am fully satisfied with its accommodation.
I want to transfer my appreciation to the manager accepting early check in.

We check in at 11 am. But only get room at 3 pm. No.problem with that. Butvwhy do we need to queue a that freaking long line just to get a room card.

Very nice hotel located in a great location. The problem with this place is the tragic service. For our honeymoon, we got the weakest wine and a cake with the inscription happy birthday, which was delivered for 2 days. Breakfast of much worse quality than those served in other Shangri la hotels. Doormans in Safari costumes ran away from the suitcases with which they should help us, each time control at the entrance to the hotel. I will certainly return to Bangkok but not to this hotel.

香格里拉酒店设施很好，只系搭 BTS 要行楼梯，这是我们自由行的唯一唔方便，喜欢香格里拉的品牌，无论食住都系一种享受，早餐多元化，酒店职员热情友礼，仲有欢迎饮品同食物，非常贴心。
去曼谷旅游，已经很多次预订过香格里拉了！再嚟仍然喜欢香格里拉????
今次我哋系望住河景，慢慢欣赏两岸景色，超正。特别系夜晚嘅景色太迷人了！一定要住河景房间。

I had reserved a room in the Krungthep Wing, and while my stay was comfortable, I was a little disappointed that it did not include complimentary access to lounges for drinks and canapés. However, the complimentary mini-fridge was a pleasant touch, and the room itself featured a balcony with a river view, which is typical for accommodations in the Krungthep Wing. The in-room breakfast, available for an additional charge, was quite delicious and substantial, and all staff I encountered were consistently pleasant and provided excellent service.

环境一流，特别是江边餐厅和江景房间。前台特别安排了十九楼，可以远眺ASIANTIQUE，夜景迷人！服务优良，早餐丰富，一进入大厅，即香气扑鼻。住过多次，还会来。
