  The best hotel I have experienced for my life is Shanglia Bankok. It is more romantic and luxurious and beautiful than seeing in the pictures introduced in hotel guide. We felt that we were in Thailand staying in Shanglia hotel since the hotel is very traditional stile. Especially the pool is very beautiful feeling we were in forest, not in big city. Anyway, if I visit Bangkok one more, I will make reservation for Shanglia Bangkok. I am fully satisfied with its accommodation. I want to transfer my appreciation to the manager accepting early check in.

  We check in at 11 am. But only get room at 3 pm. No.problem with that. Butvwhy do we need to queue a that freaking long line just to get a room card.

  Very nice hotel located in a great location. The problem with this place is the tragic service. For our honeymoon, we got the weakest wine and a cake with the inscription happy birthday, which was delivered for 2 days. Breakfast of much worse quality than those served in other Shangri la hotels. Doormans in Safari costumes ran away from the suitcases with which they should help us, each time control at the entrance to the hotel. I will certainly return to Bangkok but not to this hotel.
