入住感受：这次入住皇冠颠覆了我对东北酒店服务的认知，因为经常回国内出差经常住酒店。我只想说这里
真的不输北上广的服务！绝对的赞??
特别是家里有一个外国人去长白山需要报备，酒店还特别亲切的安排的车送我们到派出所去报备，让我们这次旅途特别的顺利和愉快！
之前看评论说二楼中餐厅一般，内心还蛮忐忑的，但是，我觉得还蛮好吃的特别是那个虾挺香的。
最后特别谢谢酒店工作人员小庄，小孙，莹莹都特别热情！事无钜细的服务让我们全家都非常感动！以后如果有机会还想再来！！！

服务特别好，管家小彭 小庄简直太贴心了，提前就联系我，为我安排好接站服务，贴心的发入住须知，并且热情的帮我安排行程、推荐玩的，就是可惜，赶上大雨，时间又比较紧，没有看到天池，但是管家特意送了小礼物，欢迎再来，这叫与长白山的缘分未尽，下次来还找她们！真的很nice！下次要与天池好好见个面！温泉很舒服，这次真的是舒舒服服度了个假

首先感谢小庄和小彭两位管家无微不至的接待，还没有入住，提前几天就联系，提醒一些游玩的注意事项，入住酒店后，体验非常好，无论是服务、住宿、环境、餐饮都非常赞，尤其是温泉，泡着非常舒服解乏，而且纯正的聚龙温泉，好多池子和种类，特别要提到的是萌宠乐园，小朋友可以和各种各样的小动物亲密接触，早餐和晚餐自助都非常棒，中餐厅也美味可口，有钱就闭眼冲吧！

这次旅行对皇冠假日整个的环境，布局，尤其是管家式服务非常满意，管家小张在我们还没出发之前就帮忙买好长白山北坡的票，多亏了他的帮忙。管家莹莹每天都会细致入微的关心和询问所需，孩子发烧了还特意安排送来体温计，帮忙协调餐厅给了特别优惠的折扣，感谢他们的辛苦付出。
皇冠假日酒店整体给我感觉就是服务人员非常充足而且响应度和服务细致化程度很高，酒店高层应当在营业利润中多拿出一些来激励服务人员的服务满意度绩效，这是酒店相比其它酒店最大优势的地方。最后想说几点小建议，因为酒店是2019年建成开业的，其实到现在六年时间并不算太就，可是显得房间设施却有些老旧，建议投入一些资金将卫生间的小马桶换成一体式智能马桶去掉那个小洗手池，房间的纸巾盒已有裂纹建议更换否则影响观感。另外床垫太软对腰没有支撑睡着有些累，温泉室内空气循环有点憋室外部分很不错，除此之外都很好，洗护用品是贝佳斯很满意，早餐和一层单点简餐以及二层餐厅菜品口味都非常好，祝生意长红，越办越好。

很庆幸自己选了这家酒店，地理位置极佳，几分钟就走到了长白山景区入口。省去了一大段去集散中心再开上山的路程和时间。还有专门的VIP通道省去了人挤人排队。真的是最大程度简化优化了去长白山看天池的过程。我们也很幸运，看到了湛蓝的天池。
还没出行前几天，酒店就联系我了说有管家服务，两名酒店工作人员小张和莹莹就一个夜班一个白班的实时在我们的三人群里回覆我各种问题，安排高铁站的接应服务，教我怎么用小程序去提前买票等，有问必答，态度极好，让我的行前“焦虑”彻底缓解。我的行程各种变化，他们也不厌其烦帮我灵活安排。长者家也得以用最轻松的方式体验到了长白山天池行之大美。
酒店虽然有点年份，但维护很不错，干净卫生，房间也大，装修风格也大气，长者一进门便称赞了。保洁阿姨很认真也很礼貌遇见总问好，临走遇到还提醒我别落东西。
总之，全程五星体验，我也会很乐意推荐给周围的朋友们。

Excellent service from all the hotel staff especially xiao du , she help us to arrange the car for pick up services.. the breakfast here is the best among the hotel I have stay in Chang Shan, the facilities in the hotel is well equipped, you can spend full day in hotel to enjoy their facilities, do visit their ginseng souvenir shop, the price is cheaper compared to other places

Me and my wife had a great time at Crown Plaza Hotel Chanbaishan. Unfortunately we were not able to climb the mountain due to the weather but the hot spring and hot pot was well worth the stay. The hotel staff 莹莹 and 小庄 were super helpful and friendly throughout the trip, giving us timely service through wechat.
ps don’t forget to visit the very friendly dogs at the back of the hotel????

Except for the location which is 45-min drive from the nearest town 二道白河镇 but it’s located next to the entrance of Chang Bai Shan North Entrance. Perfect if you are visiting Heavenly Lake and surrounding places inside the national park. Our room rate included activities to the Heavenly Lake, 3-hour ski experience, Demonic Rafting and 5-D theatre experience. I must say it’s worth every penny. We were also entitled to unlimited entrance to the volcanic hot spring located inside the hotel. The butler service is tip-top offering us complimentary fruit platter every evening and helped to plan our 4 days itineraries. I would definitely come back again to crown Plaza for its EXCELLENT service! Well done. ??????????????

The room was spacious, the hot springs were exceptional, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options (though not entirely to my personal taste).
Most importantly, the butler service (管家莹莹 小张）was outstanding. From the moment of arrival, throughout the stay, and even during outings, the staff provided comprehensive 24-hour assistance. They followed up on every detail and ensured everything ran smoothly, creating a truly welcoming and home-like experience. The level of care and attention made me feel like a valued guest at every turn, leaving a lasting impression on the overall quality of my stay.
