地理位置非常好，就在魅力湘西剧院的隔壁！附近也有很多餐厅，非常的方便！ 工作人员服务态度好，整体感觉很棒！

618团购的套餐，有早餐，有下午茶，挺不错的。室外泳池也让娃很开心。不足：空调会停机重启，重启的时候水滴声超级大，半夜吓人。缺少洗衣机和烘干机，炎炎夏日很需要这些

法国的酒店，有很多老外。装修很有特色，泳池孩子玩的很开心于是续订了一晚，套餐送了下午茶虽然晚点了但厨师还是做了，赞一个。客服帮忙打印孩子作业打了好多张，很有耐心，非常感谢！

说实话…第一次上课携程雅高的当。房间破旧…早餐也是相当的凑合，品种和品质也保证不了，你确定这肠和培根是正常颜色？？热牛奶也竟然是奶粉冲泡的……我叫的炒鸡蛋不知道这是蛋卷？蛋饼？没有这个泳池我真以为是雅高的宜必思…

Pullman Zhangjiajie is a great hotel. Well situated, close to the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Park.
Friendly staff, with most speaking English. Our room was large and spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. We had the best foot massage we've had since arriving in China (6 years ago), and we've had many, many foot massages ??. The breakfast buffet is extensive and plentiful. The swimming pool is really big and beautiful. This was our second stay at the Pullman, and we would stay there again.
Good value for money. Highly recommended.

五星级酒店，前台升级安排了我们住2号楼4楼行政房，很安静，中外团队客非常多，基本都住在1号楼3号楼。第一晚淋浴房门关不严密，洗澡水往外地面全湿，向前台反映后客房服务员立即来房间擦干卫生间地面并在淋浴房外铺上很多条地巾以便我们后续洗澡，虽然出了点意外，但这种及时补救措施到位非常快，这种宾客至上服务很满意。第二天前台预留了房间等我们回来后换了房。酒店早餐品种丰富，种类齐全。我们连续住了四晚，从酒店去国家森林公园东门非常近。

张家界京武铂尔曼酒店：老牌酒店的真诚服务，让我想再住一次！
刚退房，必须来给这家酒店写个真实体验——没有华丽辞藻，只有住客最直观的感受。
原本担心下午飞机，行李没地方放，申请了延迟退房，回来时正好淋了雨还一身汗，当天退房，但服务员收拾了房间，还换了干净的毛巾
。让我们舒舒服服洗了澡换了衣服。特别要感谢6月16、17日当班的大堂经理，记的她叫Anne王杰，从入住到离店全程礼貌耐心，有问必答，完全体现了雅高集团的「待客如己」理念。酒店位置超方便！步行10分钟到武陵源景区东门，早上赶缆车不用跑太远；隔壁就是《魅力湘西》剧场，看完演出回酒店超近。酒店还有泳池，虽然我没有使用。客房的客房比较宽敞，干净整洁！床垫虽然不知道牌子，但睡起来特别舒服，一觉到天亮。早餐没有特别的亮点，但是品类还是比较多的。总结：没有刻意包装，服务真诚、设施实用，住着特别安心。晚餐点的特色鱼头味道也不错。有朋友来张家界，我会推荐。

The Pullman Hotel in Zhangjiajie is very nice and we had really great room. Everything is clean and people are friendly. The language barrier is something to consider as only selected people can speak English. Something to improve is that you might expect a bit more explanation for what is possible and how the hotel with all the opportunities as such works. Great is that the national forest park is very near and also a great theatre with a local performance.
