酒店在当地算是国际水准比较高的，设施老一点但是维护得好，卫生也都合格，服务费五星是因为礼宾部的Mark ,在我们来之前就帮助做旅游攻略，并且帮我们订到优惠套票，省却了不少时间，让我们可以专心游玩。他推荐的私人导游也很好，没有任何hard sales。我们订的行政房，晚上的饮料和小食都可以任意点。位置离森林公园东门入口很近，走路15分钟，打车去5分钟。

Good hotel within the wulingyuan area. Close to some attraction site and a short walk away from the shops in the area. Breakfast offered an egg station though with small selection.

Very good place very helpful staff, clean room. I would just recommend to have breakfast starting at 6am so that people have enough time before heading to the park that opens at 7am.

Very conveniently located. Hotel overall is decent, facilities are okay, could be more varied for the brand. Would repeat if visit Zhangjiajie again

Lovely place to stay. Wonderful and central with bustling night markets along the street. The lights are amazing and bring the place alive. Pullman staff were amazing especially front desk staff and Mark who kindly showed us to our room and was super helpful. We will be recommending this place to our friends. We wished we had come here first as we left a day earlier from a previous booking/accommodation and were so happy to arrive at the Pullman. Great pool but we didn't have time to try it out. Excellent massage place on-site with good prices. Also a great little shop on site where we even bought an extra suitcase. Thank you and we hope to come back someday. ??

房间干净卫生、酒店环境优雅、停车方便、早餐丰富、由于第三天大早要去天门山，酒店还准备了自带的简餐，酒店为客人考虑得很周到，值得点赞，下次还会入住该酒店！

房间干净卫生、冲着游泳池去的，结果没去游。早餐不错，品种多。套餐送的下午茶品质在线，不足之处是房间里没有棉签等护理小包，不是很方便。

法拉利老了还是法拉利 酒店虽然有些年头呢 但是毕竟是老牌五星 住的很舒服 很安静 地理位置很好 吃饭方便 服务佳～
儿子最喜欢带泳池的酒店 爬山再累 回来还是要游一圈
