The room was clean and comfortable; breakfast was a hot & cold buffet to meet most people’s requirements.
It is located a short walk from the main square.

The hotel is in the iner city ring a few blocks from the main square. We arrived at night and there is not much happening in the area. At 11 pm only an italian restaurant was open at the main square. Still the area is relatively safe The hotel is a 4* hotel. When we checked in the hotel was quiet, but at the breakfast we did se other tourists. The breakfast in it self was good, especially for the price. The hotel has a water tank of drinking water for guests, this was sadly empty The hotel had no problem with 2 guys sharing a double bed. The room was big, the bathroom as well. Especially the batroom was a bit dated. You can charge your electronic devices with both usb and by plug The front staff was nice and helpfull. They knew the local area well. But it seemed they only spoke spanish

ótimo Ambiente
Hotel super bem localizado, na área central de Santa Cruz, bom estacionamento e seguro, café da manh? bom. Como estávamos de passagem, jantamos no restaurante do próprio hotel e foi muito bom.

Esperienza pessima! Sembra quando compri il vestito di bassa qualità e dopo 2 minuti che lo metti addosso è da buttare! Parto dal fondo: lo scandalo colazione! Roba vecchia e lasciata perennemente a disposizione! La sera era g ià lì! Quando lo ho fatto notare alla cameriera( molto antipatica e scortese) ha risposto, seccata, che hanno lasciato tutto lì perchè alle 6:30 c’erano degli operai avevano bisogno fosse tutto a disposizione e si sono fatti il caffè da soli??!! Ma scherziamo?? La roba da mangiare lasciata a disposizione di chissà chi?? Ci va controllo su chi ha accesso alle cose da mangiare! Reception praticamente inesistente, ho dovuto correre alle 13:30 per poter fare il check in! La camera senza punti luce e quelli esistenti non funzionanti! Ho dovuto tenere il telefono lontano di notte per poterlo caricare! Truccarsi in camera impossibile, non c’è una luce grossa, le luci piccole per dormire non funzionavano! Ventola a tiraggio forzato col cordino appeso in alto, non ho potuto utilizzarla( e poi il cordino nel 2025?) muffa quindi sul soffitto! Kit sapone misero! Unico merito alle pulizie, fatte molto bene! Non bastano per farmi pensare di tornare!

L’hotel vanta una posizione eccellente, ideale per accedere facilmente a tutti i servizi. Si trova fronte spiaggia, a pochi passi dal Budello, e rappresenta un punto di partenza perfetto per visite ed escursioni nella zona. Il ristorante è una vera chicca: offre un’ampia varietà di specialità preparate al momento, con prodotti di alta qualità. La colazione, ricca e variegata, è in grado di soddisfare tutti i gusti. Le camere sono spaziose, luminose e confortevoli. Il personale è qualificato, cordiale e sempre disponibile, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno piacevole e rilassante.

Niente di particolare, ho partecipato ad un evento molto interessante sulla sostenibilità ambientale marina, la aria condizionata dava un po' di fastidio
