ve been more than 30countries , hundreds of cities and hotels as well. And this is the worst hotel i ve ever stayed so far. We had train at 8am and because of that we were at lobby to check out at 7am . Even if we informed them about this previous day There were no staff around and in reception as well. We found a lady who was setting table for breakfast and we asked about breakfast she said NO breakfast before 8am then we requested her call a taxi .. she said NO again… and she wrote phone number of taxi on a piece of paper and passed it to us and she wanted us to call them! We needed to leave to catch train and we walked 40minutes under sun 30degree of weather to train station it was like nightmare . On the other hand, hotel even if close to beach they are in the middle of no where … one of the last hotel in coast ….Think twice when you book this hotel

La struttura era migliore delle aspettative,ottima organizzazione,struttura molto grande, vicino al mare e a pochissimi km dal centro.Cibo buono e molto vario.

Stayed here for one night. Smooth check-in. Staff was fluent in English. There is sufficient parking space, infront/around the hotel. Rooms were clean and with 'almost' everything that is expected. Price was kind of 'OK', not too expensive but not competitive. Breakfast Buffet requires some additional variety, as certain items were missing. Staff was professional, nice and descent. Overall i will rate my stay far above average satisfaction.

A wonderful hotel with a lakeside location. The family run hotel could not do enough for us, Marco has a small team of staff who are friendly but also very efficient. The dining was an experience, with a view out over the lake. We will definitely return, well done.

Nos alojamos una noche solo pero todo fantástico, limpio impecable. Buen desayuno y amabilidad del personal de 10!!! Parking dentro gratis. Sin duda para volver!! Nos dieron habitación con vistas al lago y terracita. Súper!! Lo aconsejo si vais x la zona!

Our Superior Sea View room had a wonderful private balcony on the top floor. Brick walls on three sides. Room looked like an attic in photos, yet was spacious with high enough ceilings. New elevator coming this summer. Breakfast was adequate, lots of breads, cakes, rolls, plus cheese, eggs. You can order espresso drinks or use the auto machine. Tourist office in Alassio told us to call/email hotels direct for better prices than online. Lovely family run hotel with classy clientele. Everyone on beach changes into dry bathing suits, in cabanas, after a swim. WOW. Bring your elegant swimwear. You can order food + drinks to your beach chair. I love the neighborhood. Full of fine places to eat, all price ranges.

Hotel ben servito, vicino alla passeggiata del lungomare che raggiunge Viareggio. Siamo stati in occasione del carnevale, prezzi buoni. Camera pulita con balcone, bagno (a gusto mio personale) piccolo soprattutto la doccia. Molto gradita la colazione con caffetteria espressa, dolce e salato. Parcheggio all'interno dell'hotel a pagamento. Lo consiglio comunque.
