We had a great stay here! Very close to Darling hb and the breakfast was great. Lovely staff and comfortable beds.

很满意 前台Oliver小哥服务特别热情 还特别的巧是曼彻斯特人 刚好在曼城读书 还给安排了面朝港口的房间 总之特别满意 位置也特别好

地理位置非常好，就在情人港边上，楼顶酒吧景观很好，卫生也可以的，但隔音效果一般，出行购物很方便，步行就可以到达QVB。

服务人员非常的有耐心而且非常有礼貌，住的房间非常干净而且睡床非常的舒服，原本下午三点才能入住，但在询问柜台人员后他让我们提早入住，真的非常贴心

酒店员工清洁我房间后偷了我放在背包中的千多澳元及我的手表，以后也不会再住这品牌的酒店，大家入住时注意自己的财物。
卫生程度以及其他项目我必须给予1分以表达我对这酒店服务员人格的失望….

Lovely location but can be very busy, which mean you will not get an early room check-in or late check out .Also the room service is not existent. You need to pay for them to deliver meal to the room . That’s very disappointing

We really liked the location, it was right next to Darling Harbour. We got a warm and friendly welcome by the intern Brent at the front desk. He was nice and told us about all the things to do around, however, we had requested a room with a view, that they didn't provide, which we didn't fuss over.
We were pleasantly surprised to see an Indian dish in the already wonderful breakfast spread, and we loved that. The chef was kind enough to proactively ask us if we enjoyed the food and if we had a special request for the breakfast the next day, which they gladly honored. The hotel also had direct access to Darling Harbour, which was very convenient as we wanted to visit it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and liked the hospitality and customer service at Hyatt, and would gladly visit again.
