房间很干净，前台宽敞服务很好
地理位置很不错，离鱼市很多展馆很近，徒步基本可以涵盖唐人街、悉尼歌剧来一圈citywalk，方便出门及购物。

No water bottles, only for premium members, tiny king bed room, unbranded coffee and tea sachets not worthy of a 5 star hotel. Couldn’t sleep because of the cars noise even though we were on the on the 9th floor. To be honest not worth the money.

Location wasn’t actually strategic as the entrance was located like a quiet alley. There’s a very steep slope must walked uphill or downhill whenever going through CBD.
No toothbrush, shaver provided. Others like hand soup, shower cap, cotton bud, sanitary bag only provided on the day checked-in, subsequent stays only clean up but not refilled.
Cup and tea spoon were not cleaned, with sticky handle.

房间有点小，价格有点高，房间卫生间比较快捷酒店，不过海景还是挺漂亮的，价格再亲民一些就好了，早餐还算不错。

地理位置很好，但是酒店非常大、走廊像迷宫也有点闷闷的臭味。另外房间很小、臭臭的、地板好像从来不吸、一进门地毯上还有一堆饼干屑、窗边桌上也还有别人吃东西掉的糕饼皮，卫生堪忧、可能房间数真的太多了?管理有点离谱。

酒店的位置和景观无可挑剔，但服务质量却有待加强。我此次预订房间是为了庆祝伴侣的生日，事前已通过电邮与酒店联系，要求安排蛋糕和酒水。然而，酒店客服的回应非常慢，经常需要等待几天才能收到回覆，有时甚至完全没有回应，这样的服务水准不符合五星级酒店的标准。
在入住前两天，我再次查询蛋糕的安排，但仍未得到回覆，让我感到十分焦虑。最终，酒店在未提前通知的情况下，为我准备了所需的蛋糕和气酒，但这是我自行致电确认的结果。虽然最终满足了我的需求，但整体服务体验仍然让人失望，因此我认为酒店在服务方面需要进一步改善。
The hotel's location and views are unbeatable, but the quality of service leaves much to be desired. I booked the room to celebrate my partner's birthday and had previously contacted the hotel via email to arrange for a cake and drinks. However, the hotel’s customer service was quite unresponsive, often taking several days to reply, and sometimes I didn’t receive any response at all—definitely not what one would expect from a five-star hotel.
Even two days before check-in, when I inquired about the arrangement for the cake, I still did not receive a reply, which made me feel quite anxious. Ultimately, the hotel prepared the cake and drinks I requested without prior notice, and I had to call to confirm. While my needs were eventually met, the overall service experience was disappointing, and I believe the hotel needs to improve in this area.
