This stay at the hotel was for celebrating my and my wife's anniversary. I had added the contact information of the hotel front desk in advance. The front desk helped me decorate the room and assisted me in booking the cake and flowers. The hotel is located in a prime location. The subway station is downstairs. The hotel is connected to the shopping mall. The Happy Valley and the World Window are nearby the hotel.

要了景观房间，晚上有夜景看，晚上靠马路不感觉吵，楼下商场地铁，超级方便。电梯有六部，每次都很快就来，打车也方便。挺好的，下次有机会还会住这里。

位置非常方便，楼下就是购物中心，地铁枢纽……吃喝玩乐，商务都很合适，每次回深圳都选择这里；这次把东西忘在保险箱了，感谢前台经理的帮忙，邮寄回来，超赞

酒店大堂宽敞明亮，房间衞生打扫得很乾净，床品整洁舒适，快捷服务中心服务热情友好，机器人送餐很快很方便，每次出差的必选

Not bad! Room was pretty well clean, lots of amenities although the gym was underwhelming in my opinion. Staff was very nice but not a lot of info was given about check out, hours for breakfast, etc. The location is excellent: steps away from Windows of the World MTR stop, the shopping mall attached also feels upscale and has some decent shopping options. The view from the room was fantastic.

酒店房间乾净整洁，舒适衞生，楼下就是地铁出行方便，隔壁是商场，购物方便，着名景点世界之窗步行五分钟就可以到达，吃住行娱乐一条龙，退房遗留了物品在酒店，快捷服务中心立马就邮寄过来了，服务非常热情贴心，非常推荐这家酒店！
