房间很乾净，有早餐、下午茶和宵夜，位置也很便利。每天打扫很及时，前台很有礼貌态度也很好，外卖有机器人可以送上楼

We are a retirees from Canada. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is ideal for visiting the Nantou ancient city. The surrounding area has nice shops and many places to eat.
The laundry facilities are clean and the machines are modern and powerful. There is no cost to do laundry. The gym only has an elliptical, treadmill, rowing machine, a slanted bench and a yoga mat. There are no free weights or kettlebell - those would make a nice addition. I will note that the rowing machine needs some cleaning and lubrication.
The staff at the desk, the housekeeping staff, and the kitchen staff were all helpful and friendly. The hotel has a couple of grey cats that spend most of their time in a large enclosure near the package reception. However one like to wander and is sometimes kept me company in the gym and laundry area.

It was a pleasant stay with Nantou Ancient City within 10mins walk. There's a supermarket nearby and food options in the area. The room was fine and clean. Loved the shower with 3 different shower heads and also the smart toilet. We didn't get to try the supper or the refreshments but we did try the breakfast which was fine too. I'd stay here again for the location and the convenience of xiaodu AI ??

房间乾净到无可挑剔，床品柔软亲肤，躺上去秒睡。采光通风超棒，设施齐全又好用，住起来像家一样舒服，性价比直接拉满！

酒店乾净整洁，服务人员彬彬有礼素质高，整体很好 非常喜欢 智能化客房 机器人送餐 还有两只可爱的小猫咪呀 身体很喜欢的 下次还会选择的

在这酒店住宿能随时体验各种意想不到的惊喜与震撼。前台服务人员都很年轻热心，日班的忙着服务住客，晚班的则忙着陪小孩玩耍，住客要有点耐心等待。房间内乾净设备也算齐全，但不吸菸的住客出房间前要有心理准备，电梯旁的走道头会弥漫着浓烈的烟臭味。周遭环境不是太好，底层许多门店萧条像是疫情后的惨样，入住到房间要走对电梯，走错旁边紧邻的电梯会通达感觉不正经的按摩店。
酒店提供的宵夜与早餐时段最好早点去，才有机会找到桌面跟座椅比较乾净的位置。用餐采用自助式非常普遍，但消夜时段酒店员工群聚在包厢中丰盛用餐聊天，外头吧台上的食物很多都没了却无人注意？早餐时段更扯淡，住客点好的一碗粉可以被酒店员工直接从眼前插队端走，厨房提醒是住客点的餐，完全没有任何歉意一副不高兴的态度：好吧，那你先拿去吧！我真是服了，连排队次序都可以任意，什么叫做「先」拿去？另外，酒店当然有自己的规矩跟供餐时段，但是看到另一家庭夫妻带着孩子在快结束供餐时才来，酒店人员似乎完全不体会客户的体验，住客才刚开始要拿餐，一旁的大姊已经抢速度在收吧台上的食物，简直不可思议。
秋果的服务跟品质向来是好的，但是唯独这一家店我是此生绝对不会再光顾，我是小小旅客来深圳度假的，不是来冒险或是感觉自己随时想逃离这里。万分感激酒店同意让我全额退款取消第二晚的订房。

酒店位置特别好。四周吃购很方便， 有超大商场欢乐颂，美食步行街等等。公交地铁也很近。房间是智能声控，关灯，关窗等説就行，用起来特别方便。衞生间智能化，同时也很宽敞。入住体验很好，下次还会再来！
