The hotel staff are really friendly and caring, you could also get some amenities like mask, hair band, bondaid at the concierge.
However the cleanliness is terrible.
First there’s stain in the toilet bowl(didn’t take photo for good) and hair stuck at the sink, and there’s food in the mini-bar from last guest……I called the front desk they assigned a clean lady to help right after and she seems very sorry for this too (and maybe new too?).
Apart from that, sound proof is weak if you are light sleeper..
Location is good, many food around and bfast is fair enough…
Not sure if I’ll come back again but overall 3/5…(booking at 570hkd is not bad during the new year holiday, but in my opinion the one in futian center is best holiday inn I’ve ever stayed in)

Great location very close to Nanshan metro station. This hotel looks brand new, very clean and spotless. The receptionist named Lisa was extremely helpful with directions and also assisted us to catch the high speed train to HK.
Will be back again!

A good location and a good selection of food for breakfast. Most importantly we really appreciate the service provided by the hotel staff especially 钟炜鹏 went above and beyond.?
酒店住得很舒服，前台Dean小哥服务非常周到，周边的环境也很好。
